Flawed US-justice system innocent behind bars for life-Daniel Holtzclaw Flawed US-justice system innocent behind bars for life-Daniel Holtzclaw

Daniel Holtzclaw is an innocent man in jail.

And I bet you I can convince you within seconds.

He was a star quarterback who nearly made it into the NFL. He became a police detective instead, like his dad. This career wouldnt last very long, as we know,

only a few month and then this happened:

He is accused of being a series rapist- he is accused of targeting black female drug addicts, most of them were grandmothers, I think the age was up to 60 or 70, definetly 60.

His girlfriend is a fitness model! If he did this he would have to be sociapth or psychopath, which he is not. He is healthy football player and cop. If you see the alleged victims you will

know what I mean.

Here are his girlfriend thoughts on this:

"Its about power and control" Cut me a f break. This lady is the most moronic detectives I have ever seen. Honestly she should do something else, she was one of the investigators who

butchered this whole case.

Journalist and tv host Michelle Minkin got me to this and her work is here. Its all presented perfectly. And I cant believe this was even used for BLM! since all alleged victims were black a

mob of BLM supporters where calling for a verdict. This is the most terrible butchered court case. And you can see it all here.

Active petition: https://www.change.org/p/free-daniel...ully-convicted

I really hope this gets more attention and maybe even a politician or lawyer one day will read this here and act accordingly. Every day that passes this guy is wrongfully behind bars.

On December 10, 2015, he was convicted on 18 of 36 charges, and on January 21, 2016, he was sentenced to 263 years in prison.

Here is how they forced testimonies from the alleged victims, the accusers admits he didnt do anything to police and they still take it as fake testimony.

You failed. Providing multiple links and over an hour of videos isn't going to convince anyone in seconds.

Youre right. I bluffed and you called the bluff. I should have said I am able to produce reasonable doubt in seconds. I wanted to suck people in I admit it. I didnt know what to write. Bobo, he didnt do it. I am 100% convinced. And so are other people, thousands of people. Look at the petition, I think its at 75.000 votes. Even if for the 0.00001% I have doubt and he did it, in europe he would have gotten 10-15 years and got out at 10. This was a crucification, they wanted to get him and they did.

like his sister says, it can happen to anyone.

What am I saying I am not a lawyer, but I know this would have not happened in europe at all. We dont sentence people to 266 years, thats just ridiculous. I think if he was accused of such crime he would have gotten 5 years in Europe max is my estimate. He didnt rape anyone, he is accused of oral sodomy, which is a BJ. But he didnt do it. Murders get out after 8-20 years in Europe. 266 years is crazy, even crazier if he didnt do it. This case was competely butchered, so much that I really think this is impossible in europe, probably in canada too.

I mean look at it. Its hillarious, the first victim decribes him as 5.5 and black. He is 6.2 and not black. This was the victim that got it all started. And then they were looking for victims, they made women who were drug addicted blame him. At the end it was 14 or 15 women, most of them couldnt even tell how tall or which colour he was. This stuff is just impossible, seriously. These witnesses would be not allowed in front of an honest jury.

Please do, I dont know about any caroline arrest. He as a cop is accused of pulling over women, who had drug charges and then orally sodomizing them. Complete bs. imo.
It was probably racially targeted the whole police station went against him, also politically driven, since BLM kicked in. It was a disaster.

What is interesting to me is who isn't lobbying for this guy.
The police officers he served with, his friends, and the lawyers who represented him.

His sister is the only one saying these things, she hired a media company to produce this documentary.

Read the court transcripts and the witnesses say pretty damning things about him.

The only thing he may have a case about is the excessive sentence.

The local case that needs to be revisited is the case of Richard Glossip.

He is accused and convicted of murder of a motel owner.

The only witnesses is the guy who actually killed the owner.

He claims Glossip was the mastermind.

But not any real evidence to tie Glossip to the murder, and the actual murderer got a lesser sentence.

This is what makes it so crazy. They cant say anything or they get butchered too. The Police got him into this, remember? Lawyers should fight for him if he doesnt pay them?

20/20 and Michelle Minkin are not hired, they are big cable tv channels.

This could be all racially targeted, if I think about it, the two cable hosts who fight for him are asian too. Maybe its no coincidence. Maybe this is really what nobody wanst to speak out.

This was BLMs call for revenge and they obliged, I would even say this was a set up. Do you have any idea how many protestors were present? They were chanting and wanted his neck.

Not many people are going to want to go over hours of video and a bunch of articles about a 5 year old case that isn't in the news, simply because washoe doesn't think he did it.

So what? I could likely get 75,000 people to sign a petition that the earth is flat. It could well be a bunch of people that only need to watch an emotional video or two produced by one side of an issue to get riled up, a little like you often do.

Well, this is a start at least - some kind of explanation of what this is about.

But then there's this, which I'll be interested to see your reply to:

This case was wayyy before BLM matters, his appeal came up during the BLM marches.

And you can't tell me the cops are afraid of BLM.

They are still shooting like normal.

If anything the rumor is the dude has autism and did other weird **** and the other cops don't want him on the force.

Watch the video and you know what I mean. Its entertaining. Youll see the most ******ed detective in action. Kim Davis.

The cops were not afraid.

These mean rumors say it all imo, he had no autism, even if he did. Do you see Elon Musk raping 57 year olds? And then the victim saying Musk is black and a foot shorter than he is?

Because this is what litterally happened to the guy. Why would you do this? Yeah sure sounds normal, a 29 year old almost nfl player, rape a 57y old who couldnt

remember his race? Cmon! You cant make this up.

This guy here is probably actually innocent. He's the other half of the Ryan Fergusson story.

Quote:
While reviewing Ligons' case, the two sex-crimes detectives remembered a previous report of forced oral sex committed by a police officer. Looking back through police records, the detectives found the report of a woman who said she was stopped in May 2014 and driven to an isolated area by an officer who forced her to perform oral sex. No action had been taken at the time of her report, but when the detectives contacted the woman, she showed them the route that the officer had taken on the night of the attack, and it matched Holtzclaw's GPS route that evening.
Story reads more like he was getting away with it while the department didn't show the slightest bit of diligence and the moment they looked they found a ton to go on.

But I literally just heard of this case so give me some reasonable doubt by all means.
05-20-2021 , 09:55 PM
Ligons case was on may 2014. She is the 57 year old woman who said the perpetrator is much smaller and black, she actually totally un described him. I think the article might be bs. wikipedia.

This is Ligons the first intitial alleged victim, who got holtzclaw initially arrested:

Its not the news but he is still in Jail now. Maybe someone has the time to over some material at some point.

This is about a mans life, so I think people will weight out if they should sign it or not. Flat earth is much different. These are just goofballs. This is sersious. This is about a human life and injustice. Like the sister said, it can litterally happen to anyone, if it happened to him.

Oh its much more. Check this out:

This is just one of many inconsistenicies.

Witness says holzclaw is one foot shorter and black. And he received 62 years for her testimony alone! You have got to be kidding me. You cant make this up.

This witness admits that he didnt do anything, yet interrogators put word in her mouth (you gotta see the whole interrogation) and used her testimony.

Alleged victim: "was this good evidence? even if he didnt do anything?" wtf seriously

Ligons was actually on June 18, 2014, so you might have somthing there that I do not know where it comes from. Why dont they mention the name?

Who doesn't mention her name? Her name's all over this case and the articles about it.

Holzclaw apparently turned off his gps and onboard computer just before pulling her over. That she was stopped by an officer was caught on CCTV. He ran her info but didn't give her any kind of ticket or report the stop. She made her allegations before anyone else and before any kind of investigation into him or any media attention was given. She described him as white.

Inconsistencies in witness testimony are kind of par for the course in rape cases. I've done like 5 minutes top on this subject and it sounds like they had plenty to go on.

Now this isn't enough for me to make a judgement either way, but it is enough for me to not want to go through the entire trial, so I guess I'm done.

Inconsistencies are normal?? Well he got 62 years for this inconsistency. He is described as 5.5 and black by this accuser. Please tell me in what parallel universe this is normal!. You have got to be f kidding me! Please watch this its only about 1 min.

Now this isn't enough for me to make a judgement either way, but it is enough for me to not want to go through the entire trial, so I guess I'm done.
Oh wow, I was actually expecting a lot more evidence coming from you. I was almost about to beg you yesterday, please show me one, only one credible witness. Plenty to go with?

I would sure hope so, they gave him 270 years!

I know of this case for over a year now, and I just tuned in again, so please bear with me. I was hoping he would be freed by now. I heard all about the gps, the stops, and the victims.

Please tell me why? Why would he rape a 57y old when he has a beautiful girlfiriend at home, and with all the consequences he could face? I doesnt make any sense.

I was talking about your post and the wiki article. Where is this woman mentioned in the court files? What is her name? (the detectives found the report of a woman who said she was

stopped in May 2014) Where? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Holtzclaw

You are throwing in the towel to early imo, but I cant stop you.

Jason Flom (founding member of the Innocense Project-which got out over 300 wrongfully prisoners per DNA evidence) have supported him

and Michelle Minkin. Why do you think that is?

Also this, the Marshall Project. Do you have any idea what this is?

https://www.themarshallproject.org/r...niel-holtzclaw

I know there is a lot out there against him, or they wouldnt have found him guilty. This is however all fabricated lies, in order to get him.

The police didnt help him, in fact they set him up. He is half-Asian, I should have mention in the OP. They didnt want a 20 something football player who outperformed them on the job, so

it was easy for them to throw him under the bus.

Im afraid 5 min will not cut it, I spent hours on this case. You could start with this:

https://eu.thespectrum.com/story/opi...oma/338473002/

"Holtzclaw is the wrongfully convicted Oklahoma City patrolman caught up in the nationwide anti-cop frenzy and social justice riots of Ferguson and Baltimore. After initial accuser Jannie Ligons -- who is suing Holtzclaw in a high-dollar lawsuit represented by Al Sharpton 2.0, Benjamin Crump -- went public with her sensational sexual assault claims in June 2014, Oklahoma City sex-crimes Detectives Rocky Gregory and Kim Davis solicited a field of 13 total accusers. They were all black women and almost all had histories of drug abuse, mental illness, prostitution and multiple crimes.

No "linkage analysis" was done to establish a factual basis for the alleged victim profile, Turvey told me. The profile was created from gut feelings, not science or professional expertise.

Seven additional accusers, including one male, told such preposterous stories that the cops were forced to reject them out of hand. Only one was prosecuted for lying to police. Of the 13 who went to trial, the jury rejected five of the accusers' stories and cleared Daniel of their charges (18 out of 36 total).

"Detectives Gregory and Davis preemptively told accusers they were searching for sexual assault victims of a "bad guy" on the police force and badgered women who repeatedly had denied they were victims of any sexual improprieties, refused to look at lineups or described an alleged attacker as "short" and "black" or "dark-skinned" (Daniel is 6-foot-1, pale and half Japanese)."

I don't what you mean by you expected a lot more from me when I said I'd literally only just heard of this case.

When I say inconsistencies are often normal for witnesses in rape cases that's because you're dealing with trauma victims and people terrified of coming forward and repercussions of facing the accused.

I don't know why you're asking me what her name is or where she's mentioned when I literally quoted the line from that wiki page with her name in.

As for this, this is stunningly naive and I don't know if I really want to go through it. Suffice to say that how good looking someone's girlfriend in is not a great predictor for criminal behaviour.

The woman that you were refering to is not Ligons! Here, this is what you gave me in your above post.

"While reviewing Ligons' case, the two sex-crimes detectives remembered a previous report of forced oral sex committed by a police officer. Looking back through police records, the detectives found the report of a woman who said she was stopped in May 2014 and driven to an isolated area by an officer who forced her to perform oral sex. Ligons got stopped and pulled over, (and allegedly harrased) in June, so the woman you gave me cant be ligons!

I dont even blame you mixing this up! This case is a mess.

Please tell me if you really think he really abused a 57 year old grandmother. Or where this has ever happened, where did a 20 something year old (cop I should say) with a model girlfriend abused a 57 year old with drug problems.

It would be very naive to belive this, imo. But Im not blaming you.

Here: Her motive is money! PLease tell me what Daniels motives should be.

"After initial accuser Jannie Ligons -- who is suing Holtzclaw in a high-dollar lawsuit represented by Al Sharpton 2.0, Benjamin Crump -- went public with her sensational sexual assault"
