Read the court transcripts and the witnesses say pretty damning things about him.
The only thing he may have a case about is the excessive sentence.
The local case that needs to be revisited is the case of Richard Glossip.
He is accused and convicted of murder of a motel owner.
The only witnesses is the guy who actually killed the owner.
He claims Glossip was the mastermind.
But not any real evidence to tie Glossip to the murder, and the actual murderer got a lesser sentence.

He ran her info but didn't give her any kind of ticket or report the stop. She made her allegations before anyone else and before any kind of investigation into him or any media attention was given. She described him as white.
