If you take the time to read the letter you will find that it does not apply to any vaccine currently on the market. If it doesn't say COMIRNATY on the bottle it is still emergency use. And it won't, at least until they find a way to get immunity from lawsuit.

I believe the FDA and gov't fear being responsible for deaths so much that they would take 1 million deaths via natural disease before risking 10 deaths via their intervention and medicine, whatever that might be.

If it could be proven that the medicine caused those deaths the media and people would be relentless about 'why they did not take the time and proper steps', even as thousands not getting the medicine were dying via 'natural causes'.

We will have an odd parallel in autonomous cars where a single death caused by an autonomous car will be treated as far more tragic and horrendous than thousands a day more, per mile, caused by human drivers.

I would like to circle back to the concept of what an "EV Murder" is. I don't think just saying something horrible that caused death would be enough. That could just be an "EV Manslaughter." I think to be an EV murder you probably need some intent. Something like telling somebody to kill themselves and then they do it. But right as now dichotomous ignobles, have assumed what beings are knowledgeably embarassed regarding.
