I do like how smudger doesn't write things to stand on their own merits but are solely designed to "own the libs by their own logic". Guys you can't criticize the wholly and manifestly incompetent son in law of the President whose qualifications to be in that position seems to be nepotism. He's Jewish, and criticizing Jewish people is ipso facto antisemitic. Boom owned.

Guys, Trump is the greatest friend to black people ever because of the black unemployment rate. Sure it's super high now and by my logic that means Trump hates black people, but hey, he really liked them at one time.

In reality, Presidents largely ride out the macro socio economic forces, they don't consciously control the GDP of the US through daily exertions of will and pick and choose who's doing great and whose not so you really can't draw conclusions about how much a President likes this or that group merely by pointing out a GDP or unemployment numbers

Stop. Anti Kushner at it's core is Anti Semitic.

It goes back to old tropes. It's so obvious what you mean when you blame Kushner. Or cite Kushner. He has nothing to do with Trump's Presidency. He's a C player at best. BUT, Dirty JEW KUSHNER! HE'S RUNNING THE SHOW! It is so obviously antisemitic, The MSM just fueling the fire

If you really think Jared Kushner is running the show, you are totally anti semtiic. Trump does what Trump wants to do. Does he listen to his daughter and son in law? Who wouldn't! But, let's make Jared Kushner the mastermind behind it all! Trump is just a buffoon with the strings pulled by Jared Kushner!

It's so anti semitic and untrue. Get a grip. Stop blaming the Jews for Trump decisions.

I mean it's a nice try to try and flip these kinds of arguments around but Trump himself has talked about Kushner giving him advice, reporting seems to suggest he's a major player within the Trump White House and that his qualifications to be a major player in the White House would seem to be more this familial relationship with his father law than any qualifications he himself has.

I understand that you're making these arguments in complete bad faith as most conservatives make these kinds of arguments in complete bad faith but it should be noted that Kushner doesn't even play into any of the tropes of antisemitism. He's not some puppet master pulling Trump's strings, he's an incompetent nepotistic advisor who constantly fails at everything. If he's to be a trope he's more the failure son in law that the mob boss foists on his underlings and tries to run point on things over his head and fails.

What argument is in bad faith?

Kushner is a C Player at best.

Blame the JEW! It's really sickening. Trump has made a lot of bad decisions. A lot of good ones. They are his alone. Shifting the ball to Jared Kushner is anti semitism at its worst.

Of course you're right, Trump is a failure for bringing on his unqualified son in law into government and relying on him at all, for anything. Kushner's failings are of course Trump's failings and there are many of them. Kushner probably should be fired, like any normal advisors, but he won't. He'll just keep bumbling up things that Trump assigns to him. I'm glad we can agree.

Dude--one of the most respected Rs(Kasich) prior to trump came out and told us the trump pitch. He wants nothing to do with actually running things and just wants to be a frontman(which is kinda fitting considering his life to this point ).

But yes, it's definitely the left that's gone off the rails and not the right.

Biden is basically Reagan.

Here's AOC's radical leftist moonbat platform:

Oh wait, sorry. I've been informed that was actually the Republican Party platform in 1956.

But again, clearly it's the left that is going off the rails. Republicans are just staying the same course, year in year out.

Michele Fiore is probably a RINO by now, and is about to be primaried by a 24-year-old Qanon supporter who thinks Soros and Bill Gates are using Fauci's masks to control our minds with 5G.

These conspiracy nuts are an important base to the Republican party. This is why Trump panders to them. There is absolutely zero equivalence on the left. AOC isn't peddling some left version of Qanon. Sure there are conspiracy nuts on the left. But Democrats don't need them to win elections like apparently Republicans do now. Democrats don't get primaried by 9/11 Truthers or anti-vaxxers.

If you check out Trump’s twitter feed these days, outside of his insane daily tweets, he has a massive flow of off the rocker qanon and further insane conspiracies in his retweets. It continues to amuse and befuddle me that people here will constantly side with him here without ever knowing what they are associating with. On top of that they then get offended when people who do know point it out to them and hold them responsible for supporting the insanity.

It is more sour grapes than anything else as they absolutely try to cancel people, place and things all the time. They are just mostly impotent of it. They scream “cancel culture” and “sjw run amok” not out of concern but out of jealousy.

Is there any president in recent memory so dedicated to dividing the country?

Imagine literally any other president dedicating their Independence Day speech to...whatever this is. It's hilarious to go back and recall conservatives whining about Obama "dividing the nation" because his son would have looked like Trayvon Martin or whatever. Those same people now loudly cheer speeches that are like "Democrats are evil and hate America".
