Gabbard left the Democratic party in 2022 after supporting Biden for President after she failed miserably in the 2020 primaries.

So Gabbard for Trump is unlikely to spin any Democrats to vote for Trump at this point. Kind of like the RFK Jr. situation. It could affect some Independents but again not too likely since she is not very famous unless you watch Fox news a lot. If she was from a swing state it could matter, but she is Hawaiian or at least was in Congress there.
