Bidens people think he beat trump at the debates last time around, biden is likely to be behind in the polls at that time and there is always a chance trump says something crazy enough to hurt his odds of winning so yes biden is going to debate.

If the party happened when Epstein pedophily was already broadly known publicly then ... yes? (not sure if that's the case though).

While if someone gets depicted as a racist for year, and prominent non -white people meet with him gladly in many occasions anyway, that is actually proof that he probably isn't that racist.

It's not "but he had black friends", more like "a lot of non white people like him a lot", which is rare for a racist.
