It is now 1 day after Trump and all insiders at Truth Social are allowed to sell shares of DJT (because it is still above $12).

My guess is nobody wants to buy shares until it becomes clear whether or not insiders are selling which would cause the stock to tumble.

I believe insiders who own more than 5% of a company have to publish what they have sold once a quarter (probably at the end of each quarter). So if I were any of them (including Trump) I would sell no shares in September but would start selling in the beginning of October and not have to post the reality until after the election. If I were a shareholder I would be dumping all of my shares before the end of September. If there are any buyers at current prices. Which is doubtful.

The best way for them isn’t to sell shares but maybe to borrow against their shares (if they can find insane financial entities that would lend to them for it ) and buy massive amount puts for like 2-3 months

I suspect the value of the company will shift dramatically past November depending who won the election .

It really feels like those people are just planted on earth to annoy the eff out of us sometimes.

I also sometimes wonder if they are just like the balancing out of people like Einstein. Some people figure everything out and some people go through life with literally every wrong answer falling out of their mouths. They used to not be given microphones as readily.

I'd say Playbig's contribution to the forum is valuable, because he is the true face of Trumpism. For all his weird antics, imaginary fears and Qanon hot takes, he doesn't say anything that is crazier than Trump's ideas.
