Interesting tidbit on CNN. Santorum said he was just communicating with the PA majority leader, and he was told that the PA legislature can not choose the electors - the winner of the popular vote has to decide. I think that's speaking to the Lindsey Graham silliness about stopping the counting and having the legislature choose.

So why were the polls so off (again)? My theory:

1. The polling severely under counted rural votes. Maybe the calling lists or reach of the polls are skewed towards cities, which makes sense as people in urban areas are likely more represented in databases.

2. A certain proportion of Trump voters are embarrassed or unwilling to say they are voting for Trump. Or they distrust MSM and purposely misled when polled. If only 1 out of 10 Trump voters hid their intention when polled that would be a 5% swing.

Thoughts?

Here is an article about the expected different types of ballots to still potentially be counted in GA, including up to 8800 military ballots.

Can someone smarter than me try to make sense of what it should mean for the final tally? I can't make heads or tails of it.
