Can you back up your claim that I've apologized for Charles Murray? Otherwise I'm just going to call you a liar-- which you are.
Do you oppose abortion rights?

One could support or not support abortion rights and still call Sanger a eugenicist. Perhaps you missed that she is being disavowed by abortion rights groups in recent years but you can google that.

But we've also had big threads on abortion here. this one you can search for "joeys" and find my takes.

In a system that's designed to be racist--you don't have to believe in it to still be benefiting from all the aspects of it in a practical sense. That's my read of that line.

Go to that abortion thread, click on one of my posts there, and ask me about it there.
I was just reading it and I was pretty active in there.

Seems quicker if I just ask you here. Do you think women should be allowed legal access to abortions?
06-28-2021 , 01:36 PM
lol Luckbox will jump into a thread talk about Margret Sanger, creator of planned parenthood donchano, of a racist, and then immediate jump out when asked any question.

How is that relevant to our discussion about Sanger?

You claimed that her views on abortion can be separated from her views on blacks, and I am claiming that they actually can't be.
What does my own personal views on what is a very complex topic have to do with that?

Seems like that(where they stand on race) could be made to carry over for every one on pretty much every issue then no?

I suspect that your views on abortion rights are decoupled from Sanger’s racist attitudes.

Do you support legalized abortion?

There is no claim that support for abortion equates to support for eugenics, but the two are absolutely linked.
Relevant post from that thread.

I gotta wonder what your plan is here. You know I’m gonna keep asking you this until I get an honest answer, right?

Abortion is a super complex topic and my thoughts on it are complex.
So complex that I both do and don't support legalized abortion.
Although I've given no money to organizations that are for it or opposed to it. I'm fine-- similar to my thoughts on transwomen in women's sports, with considering it a women's issue for women to decide, and I've known several that I'm quite close with who have made that decision one way or the other.
Legalized abortion does seem preferable to the state mandating against it fwiw, but as a moral issue it's difficult to support.

Gun control? Nah
Immigration policy? Probably
Imperialism and war? Sure
Trade policy? Idk
Abortion? No but for Sanger then yeah
Size of government? Nah
Speech rights issues: Nah

The use of "unwittingly" is charitable. The people teaching this stuff don't get decide how kids/parents react to it. The oppressor/opressee narrative will instill, in some children, at least, a demoralizing view of their own identity... How these teachers think a person should respond is completely irrelevant, and in many cases, completely narcissistic. As in, having a negative emotional response to stuff they disagree with, or is at fundamental odds with the values they've been taught by their parents.

How do we know the nahs don't just fall under the heading of claims?

It sounds like Margaret Sanger’s racist views don’t factor into your thinking on abortion rights! Kinda like I said from the get-go!

You seem to always be more concerned about the right's reaction to the left idiocy.
I am concerned with the right's reaction because the right actually has power so, just by necessity, you have to care more about them than whatever Crenshaw is up to.

This seems like poorly written alt-right fan fiction, not an observation of how actual kids from marginalized communities commonly react.

That's a convenient take, given. blacks who express similar sentiment are labeled as uncle Tom's... Not to mention it was a black school teacher who made that point in the video.

The right isn't back dooring Marxist indoctrination that discredits liberal values into public schools, in the name of "teaching racism".
