The bathroom/locker room **** is nonsense. The idea is that transgender people pose a threat to people's safety if they are allowed in certain bathrooms or locker rooms, but amazingly just about every instance of child sexual abuse that I see reported in the media is perpetrated by a conservative male. It's pretty shocking how frequently it is Christian youth camp leaders that are committing these horrible crimes.

Well I see this now. We aren't really steelmanning when we paint his comments as wanting to get rid of trans people. He wants it to mean 'trans ideology' and I think those are vastly different sentiments.

The tweet here quotes knowles as saying "“Transgenderism must be eradicated” verbatim But in reasonable discourse we don't mean to analyze words out of their context or intention.

The people clapping tho, maybe have been clapping for the sentiments of getting rid of trans people.

But it is still yet to be discussed whether or not their is reasonable complaints in regard to the proper use of the frameworks that defend our rights and freedoms.

Myself I think we need to eradicate the gender ideology bullshit, and that this sentiment shouldn't ever need distinction from the sentiment of eradicating trans persons or any such persons that simply mean to live and not encroach on others lives. That it seemingly does in today's discourse I think is a political based/driven intellectual trap

What's with you people acting like transgender people all have the same ideology and it's nefarious?

And no, I'm mocking you and other's clear stupidity on this subject, because trans people are really not a problem in America, but yall act like they are ****ing ISIS or something.

its even more shocking how many liberal priests have done it and lets not forget most of the names on Jeffrey Epsteins list are liberal

The sad reality is child abusers come from all walks of life

I think its completely reasonable that every time one of you claims that dylan's smile is authentic that your sentiments should be posted side by side with a picture of him:

Be who you want to be, but that is not a role model. And the idea that I'm not allowed to criticize just because they claim to be trans is ludicrous. Instead of making such comments, just say it "I think dylan is authentic".

Its the idea that someone defines themselves as a woman, therefore they should be afforded all of the social rights that we afford women. This goes against reason, its not a reasonable view, it has invalid logic, and so we use 'ideology' as a pejorative to separate it from a reasoned viewpoint.

Making that distinction is the equivalent of arguing that saying homosexuality must be eradicated is not the same as saying we need to get rid of gay people.

There is no serious debate in the medical community that gender dysmorphia/people being transgender is a real thing (the extent might be debated, the existence is not). As such, getting rid off "transgenderism" is directly equivalent to getting rid of transgender people in the same way getting rid of homosexuality would be equivalent to getting rid of gay people. It might not be intended as literal genocide but it is fundamentally denying a group of people's existence.

How about if someone identifies as a Christian and thinks they should have rights that are denied to others? And they fill the government with people who have the same ideology and they take away rights from other people?

BTW, could you please explain the rationality, logic, (and scientific basis) of the bible?

I'm curious about what it means to be borderline trans. I mean that in all sincerity, if you care to elaborate.

You don't know who Dylan Mulvaney is. Well, OK.

lmao no I have no idea and neither does anyone else! It takes a seriously sad and pathetic person to know who that is and care anything about them being on a can of horrible beer or what their smile looks like or whatever!

When and how did you first hear of Dylan Mulvaney, 57? How many people do you know personally that know who they are? How many discussions have you had with people you know personally in your life about Dylan Mulvaney?
