Assume the SC rules and Conceal Carry becomes a thing Nationwide and the number of people carrying skyrockets.
Which do you feel is the more likely outcome:
Scenario 1 - decrease in gun deaths of innocents and 'good people' as 'bad guys with guns' will be stopped quicker by an increase in 'good guys with guns'
Scenario 2 - increase in gun deaths overall, as otherwise random disputes, like road rage, or grocery line fights, etc now see guns drawn by people who prior would not be carrying and 'standing their ground'. Also suicides, and domestic violence type incidents will go way up.
Scenario 3 - about neutral. The amount of people saved by scenario one will be near equal to the ones lost in scenario 2
