The strength of the economy is an undeniable reality and is what probably does most of the work for Trump. Second is the impeachment farce, which is an almost exact replica of the bullshit that Wisconsin democrats tried with Scott Walker right after he was elected, and it backfired
hard on them. Not only did Walker win the recall by more than the original election, but Dems had their asses handed to them in the state assembly, senate, and then supreme court elections to follow.
Maybe Yang, who is quite literally promising a monthly check in exchange for every vote, is the best last hope.
