Yeah, bro, I really don't care about semantics. There was over a billion dollars in damages from the riots. That's good that only 10% of the protests caused damage, but you can't just gloss over $1-$2 billion in damages and pretend it's insignificant just because it wasn't $10 billion.
Is it the protesters' fault? Nope, they're exercising their constitutional right to protest and are not damaging anything.
Is it the rioters' fault? Nope, they're rioters and that's what you'd expect them to do.
Is it the looters' fault. Nope, they're just basking in the chaos and getting theirs, doing what you'd expect them to do.
Is it the fault of the leaders in those towns? You're damn right it is.
