They must have ran out of cash then. I heard 8-10k is what the military gave the families in cash for a blown up family member. And that it's equivalent to a years salary there. It's in the video I posted Itt about villagers that got attacked by drones for years. Every villagers there has lost a few relatives to the drones. They call them the unmanned flying objects and those drones have terrorized the villagers for years. It's crazy.
The reason a human live costs that much in this area is the only reason we only do wars and attacks in 3rd world countries in the first place.
