You are owed indeed $25TM for 7th place. There was an issue with yesterday's Shootout and prizes need to be added manually. It should hit your account shortly.

I asked to check if the issue was fixed for today's Shootout and it looks like it was.

So you and a few other players should be getting their corresponding TM credits soon.

As title said, I would like to move to Bet Online but I ve seen quite a few threads about Chico has banned several people with more than 1 account.

Is there a reason you can't use "TM" dollars on MTTs? It's giving me the option to use it for SNGs but not scheduled MTTs.

Hey tNgrandbuyin,

It is my understanding that TM should allow you to purchase for MTTs as well. I can confirm that the option is missing from regular tourneys so will go ahead and send a note to the Poker Tournaments crew to see what's up.

Will update this thread as soon as I receive more details.

Just contact Tigergaming support through live chat or email and let them know what you plan to do. Save the communication with them somewhere you'll remember so that if you ever have issues in the future you can provide them with proof that you previously informed them and they said it was OK.

I was just playing on the poker download, I logged off for a few minutes and was playing some casino games. When I went to log back on to the poker part, it says my account is temporarily banned (error code 1005). I dont understand at all why it happened and I didnt do anything wrong. It gave no other explanation and as I had been playing probably 10-15 minutes previously, I couldnt make sense of it. Has anyone else had this problem or have any idea why this happened to my account?

Hi Mike, so just a little bit ago my poker account was temporarily banned for an unknown reason. I had been playing on the downloaded poker app, then moved a few dollars to the casino. I played games for probably 15 minutes in the casino, then went back to log in to my poker account and it said I was temporarily banned. I have no idea what happened, or what could have caused this, as I said I had just been playing on there, took a break, and went back to it and thats when I found out about this temporary ban. Im uncertain what to do and was hoping you may be able to help

Mike is no longer with the company. BetOnline Chris is the network representative here now. I would contact BetOnline Chris via private message and provide him with your account details to see if there's anything he can find out for you.

Edit: Just noticed you have a new account here and so probably won't be able to send private messages yet. Your best bet is probably using live chat or the customer support email for the time being. I don't think there's much Chris could do to help without your account information.

Does anyone have any clue how to fix the Network Error with HTTP status code: 403? With VPN(USA/Japan) it works fine but if I disconnect the VPN(Netherlands) I instantly lose connection. Talked to support a bunch of times but they seem to have no clue.

If you play from NL, just try to change DNS for goggle and probably you dont need to play via VPN - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BD264pKWzc (same thing works with WiFi cards).

You can also put this DNS mainly in your router if you capable to do it.

1. Fast and reliable cashouts.

2. The software, with the exception being the stupid anonymous cash game lobby which should have never been implemented. Over the last 5 years it has been superior to my other options in most areas that matter for getting in good and consistent sessions.

3. Solid security team compared to many other options over the last few years.

4. Limited options. As somebody who lives in the US without regulated online poker in my state yet, the next best options are Bovada/Ignition, the WPN sites, Global Poker and app/agent clubs. Each has its pros and cons.

Hello! For at least a week now I haven't been able to access the BOL website I get a blank screen that shows: 403 Forbidden

I noticed above someone else has this issue and I also called support but they don't have a clue how to help me.

Things I've tried are: Clearing all data and cookies, trying to load the website in three different browsers, resetting my router, changing dns servers at least 5 times, command prompts (ipconfig / flushdns, netsh winsock reset), and a few other things but the website always loads the blank 403 Forbidden screen.

This has been going on for a week now it's completely ridiculous no answers are available still on how to solve the problem. The lack of incompetence from support for over a week doesn't make me feel safe playing on here.

The poker client does open for me but if I can't access the cashier the site is useless for me..

Hopefully someone who has a connection or works for BOL will see this and look into but from being put on hold several times and given horrible support I 'm not holding my breath.

It's probably just some kind of issue in their system affecting certain regions. I would contact BetOnline Chris via private message and provide him with your account details to see if there's anything he can find out for you.

Apologies for the late response, had to go into surgery over the weekend so i'm catching up today with all my pending messages. I confirm that I received your PM.

I just escalated the issue to the Tech Team and Player Services to find out if there is some kind of IP restriction.

I was banned after playing a MTT, free ticket, still under investigation , been there for years, losing player, cashed out once for $250 years ago, No idea why, nor will they tell me. Strange!

Can you help with a closed or suspended acct?

Played in the 50K last Sunday, $22 buy in, somehow I got a few ticket, could not play the whole day, 2nd hour(I think), shoved A6 off in the SB and BB called with AA, lost, no biggie, had to take my son to college anyhow, more background info, I am a casual player, losing player, mostly cash, sng and mtt;s(very few, micro)---been there for a few years--mostly deposit bitcoin and very little CC.

Tried to log in a day after or so MTT and can't. Called and the CS said my acct is closed, under investigation, and said wait for an email. My balance was like .50 cents/.

Send me a msg for player name and email pls!
