Hi Savage,

This Sunday, November 6th is when Daylight Saving Time ends which usually represents a few operational changes for the Tournaments crew. Rest assured it should be in the lobby once they apply a few changes on their end.

I take this opportunity to remind players that the poker application takes the time from the device used to play, so there shouldn't be any actions taken from the player (normally all devices in a time zone where Daylight Saving apply update automatically).

Just a reminder to those that could forget clocks are adjusted back 1 hour on Sunday at 2:00am.

There is only one network representative who answers questions in this forum at the moment. I don't believe they read or respond to the non-stickied threads. Hey Chris, the daily MTTs that are $50 have decent satellites, but any buy in above that barely any. There was some for the $109 but I don't see them anymore. I think there should be more sats for the bigger buy ins...

Mike, I notice that there are no SNG satellite events to this Sunday's Main Event. Chat help said to keep checking for it throughout the week; that's an unsatisfying answer.

Do you know if these will be back up and running? I really like those as the satellite option vs. the MTT version.

Am I recalling correctly that satellites were going to be changed to provide tickets to use whenever instead of auto-registering you?

I would play a lot of sats if this change was made, I’ve never understood why this isn’t available.

If you run a poker “series” but all the guarantees are the same as your daily schedule is that really considered a series? I like BetOnline overall but they seem to do this pretty often. The only thing that has a good guarantee is the main at the end. Everything else is right on par with the normal schedule

When I am playing a tournament and reseated to a new table, the entire BetOnline client shuts down. Anyone else having this issue?

it happens to me a lot but its completely random in my case. Good luck trying to figure it out, I reset my entire PC, bought a new GPU, still does it. If anyone has advice, I'd love to hear it.

Also, I received a $203 refund from cheating, but no account names posted. I only play mtt's on this site fwiw

Yes I'm having this issue. Would occasionally happen before but since i downloaded new update has been happening every time. Hope this gets fixed quickly.

the client is definitely poorly built. With my old GPU (RX 5500 XT) my CPU usage was way too high. Now I have a better GPU (RTX 2060) The CPU usage is down, but my GPU usage for the poker client is over 70%...its completely insane for a poker client with basic graphics....need new developers...
**for people with crashing, could you post if you are using Intel or AMD cpu, curious if that makes a difference, I'm on Ryzen 5 3600

Chris it has to be almost a week since this been happening and there's no apparent fix to it yet, an official statement at least acknowledging the problem is compulsory imo, you've been great so far responding to the people here so please give us something

I am not playing Sunday because of this glitch and when I msg support they say to uninstall and reinstall the client.
