I'm playing a $4.40 $500 GTD R/A tournament and the breaks are scheduled after every 7 levels, as opposed to 5 minutes before the hour. This is the first time I have experienced this in any tournament, and makes it difficult to take a break while playing on other sites.

How about a MTT to fill the 9pm and 11pm gap in the micro stakes late night schedule??

Hi RCAVHS,

I reported this to the poker team and they are going to review the settings for that particular day. If that was the case it would have been a temporary misconfiguration. I can confirm that all tournaments should break 5 minutes before the hour to keep the standard vs other sites.

I raised the concern to the tournaments team and they seemed to be aware of the gap in schedule. I was told they are currently working on filling those up so you should see some improvements very soon. Thanks for the notice!

When people make posts about suspicious activity and just flat out blatant cheating going on.

Why do you just ignore these posts?

You're an online rep and you're just turning a blind eye to it.

This site needs a clean-up;

Suggestions-
-Player bans from certain countries
-Less-time banks
-More variety in schedule, less satellite scams that hurt smaller players
-Change in structures that doesn't cater to maximizing guarantees and colluders
-Captcha/2FA/SMS security

It's 2022, players are becoming more aware of how many RTA cheaters are still running wild on these sites. I guess that's why you guys removed location feature to protect against these claims.

We demand more transparency from you guys.

C'mon Chris, players need reps, operators, and game integrity more than ever right now if online poker wants to stand a chance.

Show some FKN love to the actual players.

they actually made it more difficult to spot collusion since they removed country flags/player location.

You can always check sharkscope for a players country.

Agree with the suspicious activity, just not sure you can label this as "cheating" at this point since the structures of their tournaments are making this possible as you mentioned. Just for the record, all these are escalated to the Game Integrity Team but unfortunately I do not get visibility of what happens after the fact. Rest assured that all your reports get sent to the departments in charge and their security team in my opinion handles all Security matters better than most operators.

I do know this is an issue that is being reviewed at the moment but it is delicate matter as it requires a full review of their entire tournament schedule.

are you guys planning on doing anything about the MTT structures? played in the daily $60 25K gtd, 110 left with a minute to go then 90+ late reg in the last minute. That's messed up

Hey Chris, is there a particular reason 9 man Turbo STT and DONs don't have higher buy in than $15? If you add $30 option they would run for sure.

even adding a $20 9 man Turbo would be good, at least you could register for 2 similar games at a time.

The MTT lobby is a little confusing. There are tournaments listed as 1 reentry that are really 10x reentries. There are tournaments listed as non-PKO's that are really PKOs. Over the weekend there were sats running to a $109 that was taking place the following weekend, that you couldn't use for the 109 that was happening the next day/that day. Today there are about 10 sats running into a $55 that's taking place in 6 days, but they are all listed in the lobby of the 55s that are happening today, so it's actually super ambiguous what would happen to people winning seats in those sats.

Thanks for these suggestions. I have compiled those about higher buy-ins for turbos and DONs along with the tournament lobby events that seem confusing to see if they can give us some improvements to those.

I believe the $88 was removed from the schedule already. It looks like they are going to work on these Morning Triathlons and implement some satellites to get them going more often. I submitted your feedback too for review.

Hi NotIsildur,

I raised the concern to the Poker Tournaments team and it looks like they have been making some adjustments to the schedule lately. They are preparing for their big tournament series this month (starts September 18th) and it looks like after the big series they will be revamping the regular schedule and offering significant improvements to it.

In the meantime they told me that the 6:45pm PKO you are referring to should be back on the lobby next week.
