Early this morning I played a sattelite to the Main Event on May 1st. After 30 minutes of play I was the only one remaining. The tournament didn't stop but instead continued to wait for new players for over 40 minutes. 1 minute before the tournament LR ended, my table filled. On other sites (Bovada as example) once you are down to one player, the tournament closes. I'm sure this has something to do with overlay, but making one player sit there for that long seems punitive.

Can you unregister for a tournament you won a ticket to and then use the ticket for late registration?

I am sending this to the Tournaments Team for review. It does sound like an odd situation where there's probably not enough liquidity to fill that satellite at that particular time. Thanks for sending your suggestion of how other sites manage this, hopefully this should help the team bring this to an industry standard.

There was $2000 Play&Win tournament today (the one for leaderboard participants) and it didn't pay out any players. The lobby was showing prizepool of $0.01.



The same tournament is scheduled for tomorrow(9PM ET) and you can see the glitch is still there. I would be eligible for cash prize under normal circumstances but I received nothing.

Update: played it again today and even tho the lobby payout still shows $0.01 I received my prize right after the tournament ended. So I got paid in the end but it's very confusing

The payout structure is in a link on the tournament description, which is weird.

I raised the question to the tournaments crew and it appears that the tournament on May 5th had a small issue and the payouts were credited manually to players on Friday. The $2,000 Play & Win Freeroll now has a fixed payout table, which you can see here: https://ibb.co/vXcY2PG and also in the link from the lobby description.

The prizes won't show as usual but I can confirm they are being awarded to top 36 as players bust the tournament automatically.

Will let you know if these can get added as usual in the lobby.

Anyone else not get their bonuses for the 500k Mystery Tournament series going on? Support has been giving me the complete run around saying I already got the bonus, then saying the bonus would 100% be paid out by the end of day yesterday, then today they're asking me for tournament ID's and things like that.


I have received nothing and support is worse than they have ever been. I told them I was going to pull my money and stop playing there for a while, and they said take care. Lol Online poker support in 2022 I guess

There is some suspicious activity going on in the BOL streets.

I was playing the $44 7k at about 1:30am EST.

On the money bubble, there was a bunch of micro stacks at the same table.

A bunch were tanking to the point where is seemed like they were colluding together.

Zealot-073 who was the shortest stack, seemed to purposely disconnect in a hand to get more time bank.

These accounts are cashing ITM at about a ~60% clip over almost 1000 games.

New Russian accounts, made in 2022, playing at an unreasonable time for Russians.

This has been an issue with many Chico MTTs for a long time now, and it also seems like it'll not be fixed.
Look at the one of these 2 guys - "early Finishes: 0.1%". So it's save to assume he always lateregs really late (for a reason). The tournament- + payout structures at the site makes this possible and very profitable.

I won 3 tickets throughout the week to the $200k Main Event. I was lucky enough to cash on my first bullet. As of right now, I am registered for the Main Event next week (which is annoying, but whatever). However, according to support, the other of my 2 additional tickets disappears, or at least cannot be converted to $T. Feels like I'm basically being scammed $109?



Seeing as a good fraction of the sattys to the $200k overlay, especially the ones on Sundays, isn't in your best interest to have regs firing multiple sattys? It seems there are a number of ways to handle this better.

1. Convert additional tickets to $T
2. Convert additional tickets to generic $109 tickets that can be used for other $109 MTTs
3. Convert all additional tickets to tickets for the Main Event the following week (this is very annoying because it means I have to play the following Sunday, but whatever)

The current system will discourage players from playing the satellites after they have won their first ticket, causing even more overlay.

Yes I haven't noticed any bonuses either, or even how to claim them.

I've been told by the Poker Tournaments crew that there are some changes coming this month regarding tournament structures. I believe this is one of the things that is getting addressed.

I just reviewed this with the Poker Team and the 3rd ticket you won remains on your account for future use in the upcoming $150,000 events. If not used as a re-entry this week then you'll still be able to use it on the next event. Apologies if there was a miscommunication with the Support agent, these tickets are not "deleted" as mentioned on the chat. I can confirm this is not the case.

If you have a ticket and can't play an upcoming event let me know in advance and I will request to re-schedule it.

Its been like this for at least a week or so. I think the starting stack is 10x what its meant to be.

I didnt know it has been like that for that long, I assume it's the way is meant to be then, no-one would be so incompetent that they cannot fix a mistake in one full week, right? right?

Technical issue.
Sitting out during MTT, moved to another table while sitting out, sit out not on after move. This happened to me the other night and I lost all my time bank. Shouldn’t my sitting out status carry over and stay on?
