It has been going on for more than a year and nothing has been done. There is a bunch of them.

Not only playing super slow but if it starts to look like it will be very close to get ITM then they will start using timebanks. Also there is disconnect protection which gives extra 60 seconds and they use it also if timebanking is not enough.

I think to all MTT regs it is obvious who are they. I don't mind them at table as it is super easy to exploit them. But probably better to ban them all.



There is couple regs in there who also exploit this but plays some other tournaments normally as you can't do this in every tournament.

This is not full list as lot of them have blocked their sharkscope for obvious reasons. If rep is interested i can send screenshot without blocking names.

Also there is guys with 85-90% ITM who only exploit this loophole but if support haven't cared for more than a year about this I will also not waste my time to list them all. This screenshot was just quick look at 55$ 25k lobby as most of them I know by nickname already.

Probably the same group of clowns that do this **** at WPN. Most $10-50 buyins and it's always the same schmucks and they get away with it for years.

I'm friendly with some of the Chico people. Happy to turn the lists in directly if you want to PM them to me.

Hey so I'm playing the COPS 87-L tournament which is listed as a $2500 guarantee, but the prize pool is only $1835. What gives?

Hi Castlerook,

I see the same thing you are. Reporting this to the poker team now. I am guessing what is going to happen is that the prize pool gets added manually to the players that cashed based on the payout table.

Let me get back to you on this.

Thanks. I ended up with just over a mincash so it doesn't really matter to me, but that would definitely be the right thing to do.

Thanks, really appreciate the heads up.

I was told all the adjustments were made a few minutes after we submitted the inquiry so your account should have been adjusted by now. I think the lower tiers were adjusted between $2-$5 in case you did not notice it.

So I won the $8.4 $109 main event satellite that started at 11 and didn't get my ticket. Contacted support chat and apparently the ticket had been 'used' even though I had already been playing the main event since it started from a previous ticket? According to them it was auto-registered. While I was playing using a different ticket. Support I was talking to said they inquired with the team and I will not be compensated for this. I really am not compensated for completely losing my buy-in and my won ticket through an error? Is there any way I can get my ticket back?

Issue resolved. Upon further analysis I was auto registered to the next main event instead of being given another ticket, was not aware this was the case. Sorry for the hassle BOL support.

Hi guys,

POKER SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

There is a scheduled maintenance planned for the Poker Chico brands on Wednesday, October 6th from 5:00am ET to 7:00am ET (2 hour downtime). Please note that tournaments that overlap with those hours will be cancelled.

You'll notice that a few tournaments in the regular schedule starting at midnight tonight might be unavailable until services get fully restored at 7:00am ET on Wednesday.

There are quite a few upgrades in the release tomorrow. I will update this thread with links and descriptions of these improvements once the poker platform is up and running again.

Hi guys,

Looks like I must quote "Trick or Treat" on this maintenance notice. Apologies for the false warning, it appears the maintenance window had to be postponed until next week. The decision was made just before the start of the downtime so apologies for the late notice on this.

The expected release date is now Tuesday, October 12th but I will confirm that on Monday at the latest.

Anyone else not receive their Mystery Bounties in tonight's tournament? Had 3 eliminations but no bounties to redeem. No cash added to balance either. Live chat unhelpful so far. Curious if other had this issue.

Someone on one of my tables said to check the gift box after the tournament finishes. It's final 3 right now.

Same. Been on the line with chat for almost an hour now, counting the wait time. I get that new software can be buggy, but it kind of sucks to feel like you just played a $10 tournament with a $12 rake.

Yep, Live Chat seems to be purposely avoiding the issue. I spent over an hour last night trying to talk to them about it. Every time I would explain that the issue pertained to the Mystery Bounty tournament, the chat rep would disappear for so long that the Chat Window would disconnect. I reconnected and talked to a different rep, they disappeared too.

Logged on this morning again, and same thing. Constantly disconnected from Live Chat each time I bring up the issue to customer service.

Is BetonlineChris around today to help with this issue? It's sort of ridiculous to host this tournament, not payout any bounties, not contact the players about the issue, and then ignore the players when they try to follow-up about where the bounties are.

Yeah, I mean, bugs happen and things don't work as planned, that's fine. But the communication from support being either ignoring questions or telling people "all payments have been made" when clearly not the case is borderline unacceptable.

I have a large portion of my bankroll on BOL right now because I really like their games, but the way this update has been handled is making me reconsider playing on the site at all.

I am once again on Live Chat with customer service. They are insisting that all 3 bounties were paid and that I made the error. Yet they refuse to tell me the 3 bounty amounts. It's also clear as day in my playing ledger that zero bounty cash was paid out to me in that tournament. This is like the Twilight Zone.

I have spent about 3 hours total now dealing with various Customer Service outlets and still haven't gotten anywhere.

What's even crazier is that they're actively running more of these tournaments today, even though they clearly don't work and nobody has an answer for why they don't work.

I literally just finished a 3 hour Customer Service session with absolutely zero resolution. They just keep reiterating that the bounties were paid but can't explain why they are missing from my ledger.

Furthermore, when checking my ledger I noticed only a $21.35 refund for the $22 Bounty tournament at 6:05pm EST that the site cancelled after five minutes due to "Configuration Issues". When I asked customer service about that the response I kept getting was "That is the refund amount, no additional refund will be given".

So to sum things up, I spent 5 hours talking with customer service over the past 24 hours trying to get the missing bounties posted to my account. In those 5 hours not only have they refused to help me out, but i also found ANOTHER error on their end (that they also refuse to correct).

I'm officially cashing out my bankroll tomorrow. Enough is enough.

Does the mystery bounty have a minimum amount? Just curious cause theoretically they could make it very small and pay large bounties to only a few people. Further more I wouldn’t trust this site paying out mystery bounties anyway. They stole VIP points from the players with no money distribution for the points you had. The opt in promotions are laughable and the random choose a card bonuses are as rigged as it gets. They’ve made it very clear they don’t want to give back to the players. If you’re looking for deals this isn’t the place to put in any kind of volume

Just logged in to find four "Mystery Random Bonuses" in my account. Seems their value ranged from $2.50 to $200. Mine were 3 $2.50s and 1 $5.

Worth noting that I didn't receive any communication from support, despite their promise to follow up with me "within 24 hours" when I spoke with them the other night.

That said, if you're expecting mystery payout, it's worth checking your account today.

Yes, in fairness to BOL, I logged on today and the three missing Mystery Bounties were finally there to be opened. This is after 5 hours of Customer Service insisting that they had already paid them out and there must be an error on my part (at one point the Rep suggested I must have spent the money on other tournaments and forgotten).

I can appreciate the fact that they were finally paid out, but for me the damage is done. 5 hours of customer service giving me the runaround. Even still, they have not contacted to apologize or explain things or offer compensation for the hassle.
