You can ICM chop or chip chop, you can't chat while the deal making pop up is active, and if you chop in a pko everyone keeps their own bounty.

If you played every non-sat NLHE tournament that ran on Chico from noon to 8pm Eastern yesterday, which is a Sunday, which 20 years ago Pokerstars dot com designated as the flagship day for multiple table tournaments and thus has been the law, you'd have gotten in $641 worth of action.

If you reg'ed during that time period today, which is a Monday, and not even like a holiday or a series, just a regular ass day that Garfield hates, you'd get...$839 worth of action.

What happened to the 1.10 11TM hourly tournaments??

I promise I looked everywhere and there's no information on what in the world the Sunday Showdown is. There is a $15 mega sat tonight and tomorrow that people can direct buy into or also win sats/flips into and they add up their stacks into the sat, and the sat runs for 15 levels and then...

they win sats into the 109 on Sunday? But there aren't a set number of tickets?

I asked about this one and here's what I understand from the structure in that Sunday Showdown:

• You can qualify into the nightly Mega ($15 buy-in) through Daily Steps and Time-Limited Tourneys ($0.5 and $1.10 buy-ins)
• The Mega has no guaranteed seats (correct). It plays to 20 levels and then the remaining players advance to the Showdown with their chip stack at that moment. (Yesterday there was a typo on the tournament that said 15 levels when actually it is 20. That has been fixed)

So think of the Megas as "Flights" into the Sunday Showdown, with the Sunday Showdown allowing direct buy-ins as well.

Hope this clarifies the structure a bit.

I like it, please do more of this sort of thing because it rules and everyone will enjoy it.

The only follow up I'd have for the Wizard-of-Oz-esk Tournament Team is how the 10k payouts are going to be structured. Because right now it looks like it's paying out based on the number of people who entered the megas, so it'll essentially pay out nearly everyone who starts the Day 2, which is how it's done on other sites, and makes sense, but if you are allowing people to direct register I'd imagine it would get tricky. Thanks.

170/178 players paid in the new $109 "Sunday Showdown" Unfortunately, you have to get 13th or better to break even. Essentially lower stakes with a lot of rake lol

The sad part is, it's so easy to make it work well for everyone.

Run 3-6x $15 Day 1s a day. It doesn't matter how many runners you get because it's ending at a set time. Run each one for 15 levels. Everyone who is still left moves on to Day 2 on Sunday with their stack. Start Day 2 @ the last level from Day 1 so that you aren't playing 500bb deep for an hour.

FYI the above is how every other site that runs these games does it, and they generate huge pools. If you want it to be like those live tournaments that let badregs reg into Day 2, cool. Allow direct reg for $109 up to the start of the tournament and/or through level like...2. 100k chips, just like everyone got on the start of Day 1. If people want to overpay for a 5bb stack, I can't imagine anyone would be against that.

Have the payouts be based on how many people entered the Day 1s, so at the start of Day 2 it'll be close to, but still 10-15% of the field away from, the money. That way people can't just flick in an entry and stall to a 1.5x win but there will still be enough people that want to gamble with a micro stack against $1 flip players that the tournament will blow away a 10k gtd.

Ahhh okay, yeah I was hoping to just max late reg/stall

Perhaps you could...plunge?...some feedback down to us and explain how those games are working, because one week it was "carry your stack forward" and then the next it was "this is a normal satellite" and that is kind of important information for people to have before they start playing.

why is there basically no sats for $100+ MTTs? Other than the Sunday main event they are non existent. Even with the MTT event. Makes no sense...

The Satelites need to be fixed. Its says one can play any of the next round of mtts but not have won mulitple tickets to be told i can only play the $11 at 3am. For example, won a $11 ticket for the $150,000 gtd thru a .55 satelite, the ticket in my acount says play ANY and the $11 satelties yets only allows me to reg to the one at 3am. how is the benificial for anyone.

This feedback has been a recurring thing yes. I have spoken to the Tournaments Team and they seem keen to incorporate a few changes as early as this Sunday. Looks like they will be adding about 9 extra tournaments in the 4pm - 9pm ET window.

Some of the proposed additions (to be confirmed Sunday) are a $5K GTD at 4pm ET @ $5.50, a $7.5K GTD at 5pm ET @ $11, a $20K GTD at 6pm ET @ $55 and a few more.

I'll keep a close eye on the schedule this Sunday to follow up on the changes.

Hello, I've been playing chico for couple of years, everything was great site was really great had good security good games etc.
I was always playing same schedule, same ip and same games nothing really changed. Month ago I received this email
They asked me to explain what relations I have with this guy named .Odin. so I told them the true - I don't know who he is and never met the guy.
I really thought there is no way I will get banned cause I never violated chico rules and it would be impossible for them to have proofs of me cheating somehow.
Investigation took a month and then they send me this
Ok, so I found out who the guy .Odin. is, he was playing 7s hu's idk he was reg or not, but I was 60s reg, so let's think about it, me rather of playing 60s I would go and play 7s on his acc on my free time? my acc wasn't even playing much time, 6h max a day and not even everyday, plus my ip loggs were clean 100% , no one ever have accesed my acc instead of me.
I asked them what proofs they have against me, but reiceived some bs answer, They literally have zero proofs I know this cause I know I never cheated and it would be not possible.
IF ANY OF CHICO STAFF IS HERE, PLEASE SHOW EVERYONE THAT IM WRONG AND SHOW PROOFS YOU HAVE AGAINST ME.

Any update on when they might add more Sunday tournies? Still nothing in the middle of the day
