EVERYONE TAKE NOTE OF ALL TOURNAMENTS GTDS BEING SKIMMED SIGNIFICANTLY FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS...

They dont meet GTDS for a few days so just drop the GTDS on most of the schedule making everything way smaller. Other sites stick to the GTDS and honor them until they are met, CHICHO network just says *** YOU and drops them to a point where they will never lose a penny. Theyve already found a way to silently rob everyone of their rake back VIA VIP points. Im not sure if they are just giving up on trying to grow but nothing they are doing is positive for the online community. Mike with his ridiculous propositions to give different starting stacks depending when you register!? Who comes up with these terrible ideas?!

Here is an idea from someone who has been playing online for 12 years and plays on your site playing the full tournament schedule everyday for 2 years. Dont try new child's ideas at tournaments like different starting stacks depending on when you register, its not a good idea which is why other successful sites dont do it, you will only make the tournaments worse off than they already are. You want to fix your tournaments, they pick GTDS and stick to them, change the tournament structure to be less turboish and allowing people to buy in with 5bbs. The 109 main on SUNDAY has a faster structure than the 2$ main and 5$ main, it dosnt take a rocket scientist to see how backwards this is but apparently nobody at chico sees this. If you guys are so keen to try new things then add something like PKOs to your schedule wheres there is actually a demand rather than creating tournaments with different starting stacks

like everyone has said. Add more, way more pko. It’s literally so simple. Us player don’t have anywhere to play that offers pko. Add a couple pko at different buyin levels that go off every hour or every other hour. Simple imo

Any plans on increasing the range of MTTs in the early schedule? I miss some higher buyins or some rebuys. I'd love to play 55$ & 109$, or 22$ r&a in addition to the existing tournaments, in the early schedule.
And you might also consider offering some more special events like on sunday. Like a friday/saturday special 109$ buyin 50k gtd or 55$ buyin 30k gtd or something among those lines.

Anyone else having an issue where your ranking is appearing and reappearing in the info area?

I've been noticing this during the last couple days as well. Today is more often not appearing

This $109 Main says 12 min levels in the lobby but only has 10 minute levels. The $5.50 and $22 both have 12 minute levels. Makes no sense just like everything else on this site.

It was first mentioned in post #107 on February 9th and was discussed in the subsequent posts. I'm not sure if it was seen by support yet. It definitely wasn't acknowledged. Even if it was seen then it'll probably take some time to fix similar to how everything else seems to take some time. I assume they rent out the software from a 3rd party so software changes can't be implemented immediately from their end.

I see it's been mentioned a few times, but I just want to +1 the notion that we need more progressive knockouts.

I played Saturday and Sunday from 1pm-6pm EST and I believe there were zero PKOs on Saturday in that time range and only 1 on Sunday in that time range ($22 at 3:45pm Sunday). I am specifically talking my buy-in range around $5-$30.

Not exactly the best thread to ask in, but the answer is not really. The rank has only ever been an indication of who the players are that are paying the most rake. The VIP points used to be able to be used to enter a wide variety of MTTs. That changed last Summer. Since then there has been very few uses for them. Filter for VIP points in the MTT lobby. Those are your options.

When will we get refunds for the buy ins of tournaments interrupted and cancelled during tonights outages?

SO what happened to the $22 1k PKO that starts at 9:30 central? It was in the lobby an hour ago and now its gone. Is it normal for MTTs to just disappear off schedule 30-45 minutes before they are suppose to start?

Usually we are fantastic and replace fees as soon possible with difficulties such as the one we experienced.

Betonline is not trying to steal your tournament entries. If you read on the forum you will realise that actually we are one of the best online poker sites is in the world at paying fees back for unforeseeable circumstances.

I actually got the first deposit bonus! And they retroactivated it! I’ll say it again I really like betonline. Literally can get a withdraw within a hour, which is unheard of.

The only thing I contact support a few times about when the server crashed 3 or so times within a hour and each time they firmly said it never happened. They said it was on my end. Which is frustrating considering it is documented on here and thru twitch streamers.

I was at a small final table with only 450 to first. But there were 4 of us left and each with 10 or so blinds. So I kept getting blinded down a round of antes and a bb and sb each time because I couldn’t get in faster than my opponents. The crashes for sure effected the outcome. It’s whatever at this point, it’s more frustrating for them to tell me none of this happened

Mike I understand this stuff happens. I get it. I’m not even mad about that. It’s more irritating for support to tell me the servers never crashed, when they literally crashed 3 times within a hour. If you are sitting there 4 handed at a final table. It effects the outcome.

Within a month, I got into this situation in 3 days.
I immediately unsubscribed from the chat support, and they confirmed the problems in their room. all tournaments just hung up and there was no way to even enter the room.
I took screenshots of the tournaments during the freeze and mailed it.

This is the best room in the world, just laughs in the face and claims that it did not hang))))

I have a loss of only 65 + - $, and they cannot even recover it.

I will wait another week, and if they do not compensate everyone who lost their money, then I will show all screenshots in the explanations, where it is clearly visible that all the players hanged in several tournaments.

At the moment I stopped playing in this room until the problem was resolved
