What do you feel about this?
Not a fan of this either. Before you wanted to reward people for registering on time, and now you want to reward people for re-entering. It's a bit hard to figure out what exactly you want to accomplish. If the point is to get bigger fields then revamping the schedule and structures are far more important than any gimmicks imo.
I play on eight sites and I would say Betonline has the worst structure once the money hits. I don't even mind tournaments being fast, but when a "deep" tournament has everyone at the final table sitting with 15bbs I think it's time to reevaluate if it can't be a bit deeper when people are playing for all the money.
Other things I would like to see:
- Add more PKOs to the schedule. There is a huge gap and I bet a demand for this. You already have the software in place for this so there is no excuse not to run them. They are consistently the biggest tournaments on every site that offers them, no reason it wouldn't be the same on Betonline.
- Early schedule could really use some higher stakes tournaments. Everything is just 22/33s early on when there is no reason that a 55fo/109fo/33r or something else couldn't be added. There is even an hour where a 22 and 33 starts at the exact same time which should never happen. They are way too close in price point and you just end up with two diluted tournaments instead of one big one. Instead run a 22 and 109 the same hour so you actually offer something for different customers.
- Also I played a 33 6max today and it did not have antes from the beginning. I assume this is an oversight but please make sure they all have antes from the start. It's both more fun and leads to bigger prizepools.
