Hi all.

New to 2+2 but always been around discords trying to advocate for better structures to the daily schedule and implementing better tournaments into the schedule that are in demand from most players I have spoken to.

I will post again in future, but want to say on a positive note, the Rebuy/Add on games in the Chico online series look like they are easily beating the guarantee!

These types of games are the best for both recs and regs. Always very popular and a daily $55 rebuy and $33 rebuy would be great implementations to Chico!

I remember in the past there were daily $33r/a $55r/a and $109(6-max)r/a , they always crushed the guarantee's, hope to see these games introduced to the schedule after the series is over, maybe with a slightly better structure (7.5k start stack, 7.5k rebuys, 15k add-on, for example).

Great to see the addition of the rebuy tournaments to Chico finally happen!

The rebuy events during the series games were great! ..

But one suggestion I have is to start the $109 rebuy about 1.5-2 hours later at 4.30-5pm ET, because I noticed that the only rebuys that overlaid during the series had a 3pm ET starting time when traffic was much lower..
Whereas the rebuys which started at 5pm/7pm/9pm all easily beat the guarantee's because the traffic is much higher at these times!

One more suggestion is to make the structure a little bit better:
Changing the structure to 7.5k start stack, 7.5k rebuys, 15k add-on, and making it a 7-max structure (just like in the series) would be excellent!

Great to see feedback from players being heard and implemented for the betterment of the Chico network.

The $109 rebuy has reverted back to the old earlier start time that was originally posted, and because of that the game did not run today, as it is on far too early before any bit of traffic starts to pick up.

I think the game should start later at 5.30pm if it wants to get more runners.. or even better, it should switch starting times with the $33rebuy.

Starting the $33 rebuy at 5.30pm ET and the $109 rebuy at 7pm ET, with the better structured stacks as mentioned previously (7.5k, 7.5k rebuy, 15k add-on).

The numbers in $109 rebuy will vastly improve if moved to later in the evening US time for sure.

The tourney director adjusted the nightly 12:30 AM EST PLO8 PKO, removing levels. I much prefer the previous structure, I will not be playing this tournament as the structure stands. I used to grind 70% of my schedule on BOL. It now has about 5% of my daily play.

Update:

The $109 r/a has not ran for 3 days in a row because of the very early start time, please consider the advice I gave previously, regarding later starting times and better structure. Thanks!

I don't mean to keep pointing this out, but since my last post regarding the 109 r/a 5k - the game has only ran like one time in over 2 weeks.. and it's 100% because it is scheduled far too early.

The TD said at the beginning of February that he would monitor and change the game/start time if needed.. I believe the evidence is clear that a change is needed.

The mtt schedule is terrible. Almost as bad as global. Is the traffic that bad to have such small guarantees?

It's mainly because they are starting certain games too early like the $100 rebuy. That could double the guarantee if it started at 6.00pm ET and add on at 8.30pm ET.
With a slightly better structure (7.5k ss, 7.5k rebuy, 15k add-on).

Instead they choose to ignore advice, keep a small 5k guaranteed (unattracting players to pre-reg in the first place) and let it get cancelled every night for over a month straight..

Fail to see the logic! Hope they will listen to the advice above in previous posts and help themselves!

I compiled the feedback and sent it to the Tournaments crew for review. I believe because there's an ongoing PKO series some of these changes do not happen immediately, but I was told some of the changes you are suggesting are on the scope for after the series.

Well done on changing the start time to the later 6.30pm ET on the $109r/a today, the prizepool reached over $10,000 I was told, more than doubling the guarantee on day 1!

Just wanted to let you know that it is still programmed for the wrong earlier start times in the lobby for the rest of the week though, if you can change it to the better late time permanently.

My other final suggestion is to implement a slightly better structure in this game (7.5k ss, 7.5k rebuy, 15k add-on), this would make it a much better game for sure.

Again, well done on implementing suggestions that are beneficial for both players and Chico!

Why are the PLO tournaments no longer available??

nevemrind, figured it out.

Yesterday i saw where a players location was added . This was refreshing bc its nice to know where players are from especially if you suspect collusion. Now ,the location is not there anymore. The location should be added back.
Another thing is KO tourneys are great but the bad part of these tournaments is you get a massive advantage to get a big stack therefore rewarding chip dumping teams. This goes along with the reason location should be added back. All of the omaha 8 or better tourneys are 6 max and ko tourneys except 1 small 3.00 one .Being short handed and the ko format makes it easy for chip dumping teams to gain a massive edge . Please run more NORMAL plo8 tourneys thats 7 or 8 handed thats not KO tourneys . The new ones(no ko) that were run in the latest series were great but i would love to see a nightly 4 or 5 k guarantee 30+3 tourney like bovada runs every night thats 7 or 8 handed with no ko.

any update on having on option to have different tables use a different felt color, dont see option for that in THEMES, and would help alot.

What do you mean? Once you change it there it does for all tables not just the one pressed settings on. My questions is having diffeernt colored felts for differnt tables, at the same time

Also why does decent Tournies die at 1am.................why not run mtts ww/ decent buy in all hours. dont think its cost much software wise and GTD isnt necessry, but saucks that after 2am est, nothing over $11.....

Right click (with mouse) on felt at the table you want to change color. Go to themes, then first remove the mark for "set as default" after that change to wanted felt color or background color. Repeat on all open tables and you can have different felt/backgrounds on them all - at the same time..

Wait what ? I'm auto-register to the next one and i'm not able to unregister
Wait 5 hours to the step sat to start. Guess what ? 3 afks (because they could not unregister or they die waiting)
Got a ticket to the final step. and guess what i'm not able to unregister and they just do not fill. Its been 5 hours now.
And I have to win it to finally get to the main event, if I finish second I gonna get auto-registrated to the same sit n go that do not fill.. If I finish 3rd its even worse because I gonna be auto-register to the $5.50 taking 5 hours to fill the last time .

Are sats to 109 gone? Don't see any satelite running today.
Also did not see any running sats for the whole week.

It may not be an option but is there a way for you to pre-register to the tournament you’re winning a ticket to so you’ve already regged, play the satty, win a ticket but can’t reg with it because you’re already registered then unreg the cash?
