Why the **** is straddling an option on the straddle tables?

Make it mandatory or at least allow people to vote to make it a mandatory straddle and if 3/6 vote for it, then everyone straddles.

Right now it's just a way for regs to gain even more EV vs fish/recs, it COULD be a place where everyone sacrifices some EV (and thus nobody does) to get moar gambollll and fun for the rec players and regs alike.

It really sucks that the regs that enjoy gambolling it up with the fish and make it more fun for them can't really do that with non-participatory regs at the table.

It would be nice to have the option to filter out the 5 Card PLO tables from the PLO lobby.

Anyone else have an issue with the BetOnline software tanking the GPU? This is a pretty recent problem.

I have a 3080 so it has plenty of juice, but as soon as I open the software, my GPU usage spikes to nearly 100% and the frame rate of anything else that I am streaming (youtube, sports, or a show) becomes unwatchable.

Playing Overwatch with max graphics at 144fps uses only 25-50% of my GPU, but this software uses almost 100%.

NO software bugs. Only issue I have is when I open the software my GPU spikes to near 100% usage and everything else that I am streaming tanks below 30fps.

Was .25/.50 Fast fold removed from the lobby permanently, facing the same fate as .50/1 and 1/2?

Since the new "fancy graphics" were added,
if I have 3 tables up, they're all in slow motion.

By the time I see my cards, my time is almost up.

There is a bug whenever I switch the sound output say from the wired headphone to my bluetooth headphone the sound in the client goes away. I need to restart the client to get the sound back. Same thing happens in the browser version for the Iphone. I need to reload the browser and log in again to get the sound back on my cell phone.

I just raised the question to Poker Team and it looks like it's been temporarily removed from the offering. It looks like they will be working on a few features to hopefully build a little more liquidity at this stake level which is not as popular as the others.

I'll keep you all posted with future developments around this variant.

I haven't received a response from the forum member yet but the suggestion was to edit some "VIDEO" settings in the poker client. You can access those by going to the footer menu, click "SETTINGS" then "MORE OPTIONS".

The suggestion was to set the FPS setting (Frames Per Second) at 60.

If you are experiencing similar problem you can try to apply the same changes to see if it works.

If not send me a private message and i'll share some ways to send me details on your poker client settings that we can escalate to IT Team.

I just noticed this same bug happens on PokerStars... I believe they have the same license for the same engine if I am not wrong. So you might need to report this bug to the developer of the engine.

I get this too when switching from my speakers to Bluetooth headphones.

Hi guys,

I've been informed that there is a scheduled maintenance happening tomorrow Thursday, February 16th from 4:00am ET until 7:00am ET (3 hour downtime expected). The release of version 43 will see a few upgrades like:

• New poker lobby design (HTML web client)
• New tournament lobby interface (single window with tourney info, player search, share option)
• Throwable objects at the tables
• New casino game Wild Wheel
• And a few other game play improvements

Please note that tournaments that may overlap with the scheduled downtime will be cancelled.

I have a message from the Poker Team today that this morning a fix was released in the Windows desktop client to correct this issue. Apparently it was happening when you opened tables in the lobby. Can you check again to see if this is still an issue?

Sorry, but the new tournament lobby is incredibly ugly.

This subforum is flooded with negativity and people(including me) only post when something doesn't work or to criticize, which is fine because that's probably the whole purpose of it. We play our game until something breaks, then we report or nag about it, but this time I would like to make a little appreciation post.

Despite couple of hiccups the software looks great and modern(mobile app is well made too). After the addition of the new themes and table animations I'm surprised how good and smooth they run and I'm sure recreational players welcome these changes too, because I see tomatoes thrown my way all the time. I also appreciate the way poker team handled the previous big update that fked up the table scaling, I was one step away from ordering a new screen to be able to play the way I used to, but Chris was very eager to listen and after mutual collaboration it was reversed.

Everytime there was an issue with identical MTT tickets or a prize that wasn't credited for some reason, I got my money back or got equally compensated.

It's probably pointless to mention super quick withdrawals because others praise it all the time, but yeah.

Chico network is far from perfect, but when I compare it to WPN and the way they handle players' feedback it's truly night and day.


I just wish there was some sort of VIP system or more motivating rewards, because the current leaderboards are meh(read as: better than nothing), recreational players have little to no chance climbing to the top and the prizes converted to rakeback % are still horrendous compared to other rooms. I'm not talking about some insane 50% rakeback, but if you calculate the NLHE weekly leaderboard prizes, 1000 points approximately translate to a $100 reward. That's only 10%, if you are lucky enough to make it to the top 100, because 101st place gets NOTHING.

Hey Betonline Chris, is there anyway to allow streaming on twitch? OBS does not detect the client and I think allowing streaming would be a huge win for Betonline with all these great updates.

Game Launcher app is set to be run with my graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce) yet when the client fully opens the performance of my other GPU (Intel) spikes. Is there a way to set the ACTUAL game client to run with the other GPU?

The poker client is restricted from streaming for security reasons but you can opt-in to have this enabled. Not open to anyone with a Twitch Channel, there are certain requirements that you need to fulfill with the Game Integrity crew. You can send me your Twitch Channel and poker account details on a private message and I can ask them to review the request.

I ran into a similar issue not long ago with a player and it had to do with the graphics card drivers not running on the latest version. The player updated the video card drivers and that solved the problem. Check that out and if you are still having an issue ping me on private message and I will request further assistance.
