anyone else having issues with hands just folding on its own since new patch?

its happened to me multiple times now where im in a hand and when action gets to me my hand just FOLDS itself without my clicking anything. happens very randomly but 5+ times over the course of 4 hours or so.

Since the new update my software randomly crashes every 30minutes ish, anyone else getting this? I have to keep reopening it and this is very annoying when u have many mtts up.

Im getting this too. Last night the software just randomly shut down over 10 times.

Same for me. Support said uninstall and install would help, but it didn't. Please fix it!

Why can't they just revert it to previous version? It's still crashing every time we move tables in mtts its getting out of hand. Its hardly worth loading the site atm. Can we get a response from a rep?

Hi guys,

Apologies for being absent a few days. Had an emergency surgery last weekend and had been recovering from it.

I'm getting up to speed with some of these reports and I spoke to the Poker Team today and they mentioned a release was issued this morning that should resolve the issue where certain players using the Desktop platform where getting kicked out.

Can you guys let me know from this point forward if you are still having this issue?

Can we do something about the satellites to the $150k main event so they don't auto-register or at least so you can unregister and get a ticket to play when you can? I got 2nd in one and got auto-registered back into the $14.52+0.48 and it's never going to start until who knows when.... Support couldn't unregister me. I feel like a lot more people would play these if this wasn't the case

It definitely has some bugs. Haven’t had your particular problem but I’ve had some issues accessing the casino and sportsbook a few times on different days

Update on "Wait for Big Blind" issue:

Guys,

There was a software upgrade this morning (Dec 21st) that is meant to fix the bug affecting the "Wait for Big Blind" feature. As described by some players "my wait for BB will not stick or randomly will post my blinds or unchecked".

If any of you can confirm that this is the case that would be awesome.

yep same.

Very first hand i sat at table it autoposted BB itself (from non BB/SB obv).

Seems like an incredibly hard feature to get right huh, lets wait another couple of years.

Also @betonlineChris I suggest making the table fonts an easier to see one. Bold it? Also make the font size bigger.

The bet sizes are hard to read. Other fonts on the layouts are hard to read. If tiling more than a couple of tables.

That is another feature that is very hard to implement (maybe if 5-6 years from now?).

I spent my share of time trying to get it right (emails / explaining etc).

Wouldnt waste much more energy = I think they want you to suffer from tiny shrifts @all smaller-medium table sizes tbh.
