I've sent this through to the poker team that reviews product improvements. Certainly a good idea to maybe categorize these pops and allow players to exclude themselves from specific messages (i.e. MTT stuff if you are a cash game player).

The font and cards are much smaller using the new theme, if I try to fit in the same amount of tables as before, I can barely read the bet slider sizing buttons

Also the pop up said I can always change the theme back in settings, but I don't see the option anywhere. Is there a way to reverse it?

+1 to not being able to change back to the old software. The new software closed the client for no reason after about 1.5hrs of play & the settings I had for the table theme/felt/cards that I saved weren't saved after the crash. This never happened with the old software.

A software update took place this morning and these are some of the changes in the release (mainly UI/UX improvements):

UI/UX Improvements

• New table theme “Move”: new better drawing, cards, animation and more
• Desktop platform: unified general controls. Cards and table themes in one space under “table themes”
• Mobile platform: buttons re-arranged for better playing experience
  ====>“Bonuses” section moved to Main Menu
  ====>“Session options” menu now available by tapping in the opened tables carousel at the bottom of the screen

Tournaments

• Tournament info summary added at the table o Desktop platform: hover mouse over the top
  ====>Desktop platform: hover mouse over the top
  ====>Mobile platform: “More” button (bottom left corner)

Other Platform Improvements

• Unified and refreshed smiles in mobile and desktop clients
• “Activate window on my turn” for HTML5 desktop improved

I will be gathering your comments and feedback to take that back to the Product Team, feel free to comment your experiences.

Phew, I will ask about reverting to the old theme as I only saw the two new ones in the table settings menu. Let me get back to you.

I would like to be able to change the aspect ratio of the windows (since they are much taller than previously) and also to lower the minimum size of the windows.

this is a big issue for me too. when i play 4 tables the bottom 2 have the bet/bold buttons not even visible on the monitor because the table sizes changed. unplayable as of now

software update:
-to not being able to change back to the old software
-table are much taller than previously...I dont see my cards on top table, when the bottom table is active
-buttons... before Im on turn (fold, check, fold/check, any raise..) , I think are too small and located too low
-players notes...dark green colour is poorly visible on table, other colours are recognized easily
-sit out players on tables are poorly visible, I dont see at first look if players are sit out or not

I'm also missing the +/- bet slider buttons

Transfer to Sports from your poker account doesn't seem to be working.

Had to re start, seems to be working now.

you can resize the tables and then set the default to whatever size you leave it at. that said I do find it a bit difficult to find a good size where the cards are viewable on the top table. might have to tool with the layout.

the sat out thing I noticed too - when a player folds now the software grays them out for the duration of the hand. to me it looks like they're sat out.

Not a huge fan of the new look (and I don't think anyone I talked to likes it) with the exception of the status bar, which is definitely a very nice addition. Is there any way to go back to old look?

Played a couple SNGs to check out the update. Overall, everything seems way better. Better look, better layout, the MTT info at the top is a massive improvement. It seems like someone looked at ACR's software and said "let's make something like this but less cartoony" which is a good thing. The animations are annoying but those are easy to turn off. Couple things I noticed:

1. Why are the spades gold and not black in four color deck?

2. Whenever I adjust anything in settings, while in a game, it reverts my stack back to bb view if I had it in chip view. Can't imagine this is as planned.

3. Looks like the chat box is hidden in a pop up. Why not go full ACR and remove chat entirely? It's really only used for toxicity, collusion, and boomers hitting on feminine avatars. Can't imagine anything of value would be lost.

There's an option to disable chat for those who find it annoying but from what I've observed playing cash games, most of the chatters are recs who comment or rant about stuff and even if it doesn't trigger any response, at least it gives you hope someone will read it or respond, human beings just love to interact with others and chat tab is the only way to do so while playing online.

I'm not trying to defend toxic chatters but hey, if it helps them let off some steam or make the environment feel less artificial, be my guest. It's not like there are kids watching anyway

I liked the old 4 color deck. Why do most sites use the faded blue diamonds and faded green clubs. I’m not a programmer but is it that hard to make real colors? The old full color deck was bold nice colors and easy to see

U can also zoom into the cards on the table by doing the reverse pinch on ur laptop finger pad

I haven't even tried the new software yet, but this is a terrible idea! As Phew suggested just disable it for yourself or mute the players who you personally find toxic. The recent trend of sites eliminating the ability to chat is just a completely idiot decision on their part. Chat is beneficial for several good things that far outweigh the negatives.

And FYI nobody worth worrying about ever colludes in the chat box. If they're that obvious they would be caught and banned rather quickly.

Yeah, I think you're misunderstanding. I don't dislike chat because I don't want to see random people tooling off, I dislike chat because I don't want recs to see other recs tooling off.

IMO, the goal should be to create the environment that the fun players enjoy the most. Reading people say random misspelled insults and/or regurgitate as many "as-seen-on-Twitch" meta terms doesn't really seem to be conducive to fostering an environment where super loose players play super loose.
