Does anyone else have their setting to automatically wait for BB/over blind reset randomly?

Nearly every day it resets by itself, sometimes in between opening tables and I randomly end up posting blinds. It's incredibly tedious to have to make sure it's checked every 20-30 minutes.

well known issue discussed thousands of times before, no one seems to care enough to fix it, the only way around is to disable auto buy-in or aut post bb

I can open the lobby but often the entire client instantly crashes when I click to join a table

Any solutions to this?

Hey Lemon,

Have you tried uninstalling the software and re-installing it? If you have and continue to have the same problem send me a PM with a little bit of information on your operating system and the platform you are trying to access (desktop on Windows, Mac, etc.)

There is also an option in the poker platform under HELP>>REPORT AN ISSUE. If you use that and send the report the IT crew can look into your log files to determine the issue.

Try to do this and send me your poker screenname via PM.

I believe screen capture is disabled by the poker client.

I was hoping to try out Betonline's poker room, however I have a Chromebook and can not login.

So last few days I have been in the process of blocking all Casino access from my Computer/Accounts (pretty easily as pretty much all top 30 Poker sites nowdays offer exclusion from specific products , except the Chico Network) - solely for the sake of prevention if I may have had a drink too much or whatever.

I contacted Chico support and they were only willing/able to (?) block my Casino access on the website but not within the Poker software (fair enough, they have their obvious reasons, whatever I may think of such reasons).

The reason why I post it in this thread:

I found a work-around and blocked "Gamebrowser.exe" (the "app" that runs the casino games in their poker software) that'd prevent opening this specific app (at least would take a little workaround, I deleted all possible access of Gamebrowser through Windows). No Casino game would load anymore after I did this. Upon reopening the software (there were maybe 30 seconds between closing and reopening) suddenly the software did an update (FWIW I just freshly updated it a few minutes ago). I was now able to access all games again. Re-did the whole process. Now the software wouldn't install update with the following:

Unable to unpack updates
Cannot create file: Gamebrowser.exe
System Error Code: 5
System error description:
access denied

Regardless of what I think about these practics (there is no way I will have money on the site under these circumstances), what concerns/wonders: How was Sportsbetting,the skin I used to play through or the chico-software itself (same for all Skins I guess) able to seemingly alter my Windows settings with a simple update the first time (and it didn't ask me for any permission "admin rights -> click yes etc either)? This is kind of concerning to me, unless I oversee something here. I did not run the software as admin either.

Thanks for sharing this. It does bring a very valid point regarding self-exclusion from casino games in the poker client. I do know the casino games on the website operate on a completely different platform than the ones in the poker client.

I can't comment on the outcome of the changes you applied to the root files but I can definitively escalate to the Poker team so they can review the possibility of adding this functionality to their casino games.

I will escalate your post to them and update the thread with any additional information received.

Thanks Chris - yeah, it's a big leak so to say. Even your biggest competitor Site that offers Games in the US (and we know how they handle a Lot of stuff (not Well)) now has the feature to irrevertibly close access to specific products, and all other sites of a somewhat decent size do as well (at least when contacting support at latest)
Chico network would probably be my favourite site of all due to the fast gameplay, good traffic, good Poker Promos etc and I would probably never dodge it if it wasn't for this issue.

I don't think things will change but thanks for your effort anyway

Update: Chris had quickly moved my matter to the people responsible and Action was also taken very quickly - they have now deleted the Casino section from my Lobby. They also credited me 50TM$ for the troubles I had. Filly satisfied now.

Hello, I recently started playing on BetOnline again. I have been having a lot of intermittent disconnection issues. The site seems to run fine for thirty minutes, and then for another thirty minutes or so every hand seems to lag and opening tournament lobbies can take awhile or even crash the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but haven't tried anything else. Let me know if you can think of any quick fixes, thanks!

Hi, everybody. Maybe someone can help. I have this error when trying to log in. I use parallels desktop, and trying to enter BetOnline with windows. While on Mac or tablet it logins fine.
Unfortunately support couldn't help me, all they say is to turn off vpn (witch I'm not using)

Please add an option in the settings menu to opt-out of these MTT announcements which constantly pop up throughout the day on the cash tables. It's rather annoying when these things keep popping up on the tables within just a couple of minutes of each other covering the cards of the player at the top of the table. The players who care about seeing these can choose to opt-in.
