The entry fees here are crazy high, but please add some Hyper DoNs and I will deposit on here
07-22-2022 , 12:27 PM
Kinda unbelievable that there seems to me demand for higher stake 9 mans, but they don't add them

On demands would be sick too. Used to like the WPN ones but I don't really like their format now. Not sure if it would be in the MTT section or SNG section. But get 6-10 registered players then 15-30 mins of late reg

Can we do something about the satelites to the $150k main event so they dont auto-register or at least so you can unregister and get a ticket to play when you can? I got 2nd and got auto-registered back into the $14.52+0.48 and it's never going to start. Support couldn't unregister me. I feel like a lot more people would play these if this wasn't the case but if you keep getting 2nd or 3rd and not losing youre kind of SOL

Hi guys,

Just an FYI.

The weekly $10,000 NLHE, $5,000 PLO and $2,500 Sit & Go Leaderboards are moving into a Sunday to Sunday schedule as of January 1st. You won't see them start today as usual but you should see them available this Sunday at 12:00pm ET.

Hope you all had a great Christmas, my best wishes for happy flops in the new year!

Regards,
Chris

Happy New Year everyone.

For some reason they weren't available on the 1st but I reported that to the team and they made them available since yesterday.

Thanks for sending your report.

It's absolutely absurd that you can't unregister from the $150K sat SNGs when that's not posted anywhere. Played a Round 1 like 4 hours ago, took 2.5-3 hours to fill a Round 2 and now I'm sitting 3/9 registered for a Round 3. Live chat was just like tough titties.

I posted same thing just above and got ignored. I don't play those anymore it's ridiculous. If the tourney runs and you miss it support will refund you the buyin but it's still a huge PITA

Hey guys,

Thanks for sharing your feedback here regarding SNG Sats for the $150K GTD.

I will escalate this now to the poker tournaments team for review.

Hopefully they can review those structures and reduce that waiting time.

Chris

am i the only one who hates that the sng leaderboard awards MTT ticket sometimes? cash back as a % seems like the most "fair" option. plus a majority of the time im not able to play the mtt and just blind off $109. the few times i do play the mtt theres so many stacks also being blinded off. i get you guys are trying to hit a big guarantee and give away tickets in different ways, but it just seems like so many tickets go to waste and whoever gets a lucky seat draw with 5 people sitting out has an unfair advantage as well. just my thoughts

Hey I was wondering about the Jackpot Windfall and Regular Windfall payouts for the highest tiers. So everything is winner take all except for the highest tier, but what is the payout for the highest tier?

For the $30 Jackpot Windfall you can play for $150,000 total right? what percentage goes to first, second, and third?
If you hit a Progressive Jackpot on the Jackpot windfall what percentage goes to first, second, and third?

For the $30 Windfall you can play for $60,000 what percentage goes to first, second, and third?

Hey MichealBrooks,

Looks like the jackpot in those instances is split between all 3 players 65% for 1st, 25% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd:

Hey JamesYang,

I've noticed that when you hover your mouse over the buy-in amount the poker software displays the breakdown of that:

Also here are some additional details regarding their payouts:

Decided to check out chico again after a long break, was hopeful that something had been done about the husng bot problem. Disappointed to see some of the same accounts still around, including with same aliases as banned accounts on other networks.

Where has the game integrity team been?

These accounts are blocked from sharkscope, don't respond to chat, rotate all lobbies, instantly sit new lobbies (new lobbies are always full before they even appear in my client), perfectly avoid each other, and sit other regs who don't share these behaviors (note: not talking about myself here as I'm not a chico husng reg). As far as I know, there are no public queue-type tools like sharkystrator that work on chico. Over about a week of checking multiple times per day (since I chucked a bit onto chico to check the games), to my knowledge I have not seen accounts deviating from this profile opensitting $30+ hypers.

Gathering information or statistics is arbitrarily difficult and this is far from a smoking gun, but in my handful of games against a number of them they are executing similar complex mixed strategies with multiple iso sizes (including the relatively uncommon but gto-approved 7x iso shallow) and preflop limp + raise splits even at 50bb+ in turbo games. I've seen single accounts executing these strategies while playing 6 tables and continuing to instantly register new lobbies.

I also refer to an account "pong666666" which shares an account name with a banned pokerstars hu player, though there is no way to 100% confirm if the account operator is the same. Regarding other accounts, with the lack of hard evidence I don't want to call out individual screennames. It's possible that there's a group of regs who have agreed not to chat to outsiders, blocked themselves on sharkscope, have a private solution allowing them to instantly split lobbies while sitting outsiders, and play similar complex gtoish strategies. It's also possible that some of these accounts are legitimate - in the past, pokerstars and partypoker husng groups have at times harbored botters while also having legit human regs. If you're curious about names, I would just advise watching the lobbies yourself a bit. The group behavior with lack of a tool like sharkystrator is at bare minimum unusual and suspicious.

Given this bunch of suspicious behaviors and chico's documented history struggling with bots in these games including multiple bot networks and banwaves, I am extremely leery of husngs above microstakes on the network. I would really hope the game integrity team takes a hard look into a number of accounts playing midstakes husngs there.

Hey Duncelanas,

The Game Integrity team proactively monitors these games for possible bot activity. They also take all player reports quite seriously and the collaboration from players is key in certain cases. If you would like to send a report including player names you can do so using this communication channel: gameintegrity@betonline.ag

I guarantee the team will investigate further. If you prefer to send your report here via private message you can hit me up as well and I'll escalate the report.

Thanks a lot!

Hi Chris,
The Info page for Windfalls state prize pools are between 2 and 3000x buy in but when I regged and won a $5, the prize was only 1.5x buy in (7.50)

What’s the deal with this? That’s a HUGE -EV spot if minpay is not 2x the buy in.

What happened to daily Windfall leaderboards? Why are they gone?

Hey jb1aze,

Its a bit confusing the way they have it on the poker lobby at the moment. You'll see that if you click on the "info icons" it will display the prize distributions and that those labeled "JACKPOT" will show the 1.5x and those labeled "WINDFALL" will be 2x. But it is not the rule across the board. Some games do have the 1.5x payout.

I know the site is working on a full re-structure of their Windfall games and buy-ins but don't have an ETA yet as to when those will get standardized.

I will send them a note and update this thread if there is any news regarding that.

Best regards,
Chris

Hey BadAnimal,

I know there was a delay in getting those up this month because of a software maintenance, they should be up now and for the rest of the month.

Please don't fix things that are not broken, leave the blind levels alone at least. I'd hate to see this site turning to some degenerate-friendly structures like they have at GGPoker, for example.

I'd be glad if Flips would go away, but I guess that's not possible. And maybe there should be a Jackpot pool at the $10 stakes. There's no other choice but to play One in a Million Windfalls, and they are... weird (in terms of variance, multipliers, risk of ruin, etc.).
