Hi Chris, any news on the suggestions that have been brought up? I feel there is no reason to not add more Formats in $30s, especially DoNs as they run almost around the clock at the current available stakes.
Also upping the table cap in SNGs should be looked at, it doesn't have to be unlimited, and I understand why this isn't done, but at least upping it from 8 to 12 would already do a lot. Right now Regs, especially the non-hyper Regs, mix Chico with other sites. It would be in both sides interest to be able to play on your network only while getting in meaningful volume.

Other than that thank you for being so much more responsive than your former "collegue" and I know you can only do so much.

I have asked for an update on that. I do know that during events like the ongoing tournament series all product releases get paused to avoid any disruptions to these tourney events.

I know a case was documented so will let you know what is the status on that.

I am a little confused on the Sng Leaderboard promotion. It started out as a $2,000 leaderboard to top 100 people. It then randomly changed to say it is most knockouts in a bounty and top 25 get tickets. Yet it still lists on it leaderboard points are earned depending on which sngs you play. So which one is it?

So I search two players who play hu hypers, one play 7 tables 30 $ and other play more tables 15-30 $.
Not sure are they fair regs but reality is it's hard to focus on two tables, OK some players play 6 but more on hu hypers? Really don't know what to think

so now theres no sng leaderboard? each of the last few months the prize pool got smaller and now there just isnt one? are games even running here any more? BOL has so much potential to be best option for US players and they continue to screw things up

There's absolutely zero incentive (for micro players) to play the previous SNG leaderboard contest.

...and add back the PLO SNGs and Hyper PKO SNGs to the $1.50's...

Hey guys,

I actually sent that feedback to the poker team a couple of weeks ago. Mainly around the micro SNG players not being able to participate in the weekly leaderboards due to the points structure. I got some really good news today and it looks like they are implementing a leaderboard with those specs exactly for next week.

I think the $1.50 - $3.50 range is perfect as a trial for micros. They took that feedback also and applied as of Monday next week.

Should appear in the Missions section for players to opt-in starting Monday at 00:00 ET.

Yeah a couple months ago there were 2 separate leader boards based on buy in range. I thought this was really cool actually, eventhough I was not actively playing at that time, I could see a lot of merit for all sides that way.

Thank you for doing a good Job Chris. I said it before but with you I have the actual feeling stuff gets passed to the right direction, unlike with the staff in the past. Keep it up

I was able to open it, but heard the BoL Card Catcher doesn't work anymore now. Also shows in traffic, when I looked next to no Regs playing.

The latest update has affected some 3rd party software. If you're using 3rd party software you'll have to wait for the 3rd party software provider to put out an update or else open the client without it.

Are we ever going to get a promotion for SNG's again? Has been weeks of DoN's, bounty MTT's, windfalls, micros etc. It's a great way to kill off an entire section of your site if that's the goal.

Not sure where is to put this out there.. I won a Sit and go satellite on the 15th to the COPS Main event 300k and did not receive the reward.. contacted support and they keep telling me they don’t see what I’m talking about or I need to wait because I was auto-registered into the tournament… The problem is that I wasn’t auto-registered and it seems they just don’t want to help with this problem.. have all of the history and screen shots of support chats..
some assistance would be amazing..

If you happen to be a Heads Up Sit & Go enthusiast, there's a new structure in place for Heads Up Sit & Goes where the "winner pays the rake" or " 2nd place gets their rake back" esentially. It also features a new blind structure that was voted between HU players on the network via survey.

If you guys want to check it out, they'll show up under the Sit & Go tab by filtering results using "HU" in the search field.

last weeks SnG leaderboard paid out $109 tickets. come to find out this afternoon it auto registers me for a $109 and i blinded off my entire stack. really cool promo that was. why would it not just let me use a ticket on a tournament i want? or pay tourney money like it usually does? did it specify that we would be auto registered for a tournament? i wouldnt have been able to play even if i knew about the tournametn so seems like an awful promotion. looks like tons of other people were blinded out too?
