I received a promo scratch off card in the mail a few weeks ago with 2 freeroll passwords for sattelites into the 300K today. I was going to play the last chance 10K freeroll today, but my wife threw the card away. Any way i can get that password?

this halloween promotion is a huge disappointment, all-in shootouts might look cool and all but the EV of the tickets is $2.5, $5 and $10 across the limits, quite insulting to those who grind and rake hundreds everyday

They’ve made it clear they don’t want a rewards program and don’t like giving away any free money no matter how good of a customer you are. They throw around these ridiculous promotions just to save face and look the part. They also don’t see the correlation between growth and rewards, they only see $ signs. The sooner their customers realize this you can move on. The site will still probably grow but at a snails pace. It will never be large though. Really sad cause they have the potential

I'm aware of the current chico state, but this "exclusive" Halloween promo is much worse than the basic one that was running throughout September. It's sad

I appreciate the effort put into promos. For the mtt promo I would prefer just taking all the daily 1Ks and combining it into a single weekly $7K mtt that players have to meet a rake requirement via mtts. I think that would be more exciting for mtt players. If not mistaken, last October one had to rake $10 via mtts to enter the weekly freeroll.

Hey Chris, could you go over with the team and see if they could work some kind of promotion involving the boost tables? I have in mind the PLO tables and they never run but there are times when there is a lot of traffic and out of habit, players always go to regular tables.

I made a 3k deposit using the BTC booster bonus on sportbetting about a month ago. I played like normal and was going to cash out some profits at the end of the month. Sportbetting declined my withdrawal stating that I only wagered $1650 of $30000 required due to the 10% booster bonus requirements.

I have cleared these bonuses before, and have never encountered any issues.

But this time, I missed the requirements by a margin of 20x?

I raked approx 2500 since the deposit, more than the total amount they claim that I have wagered, which in itself would be impossible.

Not only that, if their roll-over calculations were correct, I would have to play an estimation of 2500 hours, and pay 50k in rake(30k roll-over requirement), to clear a $300 bonus.

They refuse to give me their formula for calculating roll-over playing poker. But the fact that I raked more than the amount they claim I have wagered makes it pretty clear that something is not right.

Either they changed the requirements from before, to a new impossible standard, or they messed up the roll-over calculations.

Anyone else encountered this problem lately?

The Day 2 $1000 mtt of the 25 Days of Christmas Promo was cancelled. The mtt was scheduled for 8pm EDT but the qualification period did not end till 4 hours after the start. Please let us know when it will be rescheduled.

I played PLO for hours and still have the same 13 points for the promo that I had 4 hours ago.

maybe, they finally accept there was tech issue and that i meet rollover and can withdraw... but they still declined my withdrawal awaiting verification... didn't explain of what... awesome communication

it's a first withdrawal so i guess address proof and passport but they didn't tell me themselves yet details.. neither where to send them
