I deposited and saw the 100% bitcoin deposit bonus and clicked on that since it did not show an option for the BETWOL deposit bonus on the deposit screen. It looks like that bonus is only for the sportsbetting side of the site. Is there anyway I can get that bonus transferred to the poker side since that is what I thought the bonus was for. I just assumed the BETWOL or whatever it is was outdated since it was not an option with the others when depositing.

do you have to play the sportsbook on BOL to earn rollover even though you just play poker on the site? just want to make sure if i deposit and win through poker only that i will be able to withdrawl. thanks

It depends on which bonus/rollover you wish to take advantage off.
Some are linked explicitly to the sportsbook/casino.
I would always speak to live chat on any Poker site/Casino and confirm the terms before taking a bonus.

I’ve made multiple deposits to BetOnline but now they won’t let me withdraw the winnings from any of those deposits because I was given a bonus I didn’t want and my entire account is trapped in the rollover requirement for that bonus. I’ve been through chats and emails but no one is budging about even just refunding the deposits that had nothing to do with the bonus-linked deposit. I would highly advise staying away from this website seeing as many others are having similar issues.

Well now my ENTIRE ACCOUNT is subject to the 14x rollover requirement of the one messed up deposit and I can no longer withdraw ANY of my money and they refuse to cancel or refund anything related or unrelated to the bonus deposit. I would advise staying away from this site as they lay ‘terms and conditions’ traps everywhere in order to keep your money.

If it is a poker bonus, I think you are out of luck. However, I got credited a sports betting bonus when I deposited to play poker and after talking to support, they agreed to cancel that bonus.

Quite possible, I am still waiting on something from 6 days ago. What it does remind me to do is pull off most of my money off the site. I should keep the absolute minimum on the site, sometimes I forget and let it drift too high.

If you're a mtt player and your ABI is $22 and you've let your balance get up to 6k, 14x 6k = 84k, it would take a long time to clear 84k playing mtts at that ABI.

Yeah I totally got screwed on the Feb 27th promo which was get dealt JJ, hit a 3 of a kind and take the 10 of diamonds to showdown, hit all 3 requirements in a 20 hand radius but it never gave me credit for taking 10 of diamonds to showdown...I emailed BOL that day when my ticket never arrived and never even received an email back. Included the hand # where I clearly took the 10 of diamonds to showdown. Not that a freeroll ticket is a huge thing but when it is merely a one hand flip for extra money and the only reason I even bothered playing cash on BOL since I am mainly a MTT player was to get a freeroll ticket so I am kinda pissed still

With how frequent this happens I am absolutely disgusted with BOL. This is at least the 4th time that a free roll based on requirements that I qualified for did not run. I've spent so many hours on chat or phone with CS and them giving me BS promising that it will run and yada yada for it just to be brushed under the rug. Being in illinois, I can't wait until there are more options to let me leave BOL in the dust.

Also, bigslickk, I've seen that so many times. I've screenshotted hands that qualify and give them everything, and they just wait until it's after the promo tourney runs and give you a big shrug. Ultimately, just play, don't even pay attention to the hands, and just check at the end of the session if you got em all. Then maybe play another session playing slight attention to it. Their explanation of qualifying is dumb too. "Being dealt AA" for example, you can't just be dealt it, it has to make it to the flop, so if you're really needing to fill that, you're best to limp because if you raise pre and it folds around, you don't qualify for it. "Take 5 of diamonds to showdown" only works if the 5 can be used in the 5 card best hand at showdown, so if there are overs that outkick your 5, that doesn't count. That's fine if that's the case, but they don't specify that anywhere that I've seen.

2 days in a row now your brand new promotion didn't run, care to explain? These two days in addition to the one on the 28th is 3 days in a row that promos that had requirements to attain have been completely bypassed and ignored. @Betonline_Mike

Today in online chat they promised me I was registered, and then after I was disconnected from chat, now they say it has been cancelled. This will be the 4th time I have been told I am registered for a hand collector game and then I find out I was not.

Make them separated by limits. At this moment its impossible to participate in it, if u are not nl10 player...

For example "High Hand" promo:
nl10: 1st place only 7$
nl25: 1st place only 15$
nl50: 1st place only 25$
nl100: 1st place only 35$
nl200: 1st place only 50$
nl500: 1st place only 70$
Pleasant bonus for all limits, but now only 5 players nl10 share all prize money.

did this just not go anywhere? things like this are why i left BOL, losing millions in points didnt help and no rakeback
