I won a seat to the $109 main event this sunday, but I will be out of town and unable to play. Is there a way to redeem my tournament ticket for cash or delay it to the same tournament that's hosted on a different day ?

Hi Chris! Last night "$1k GTD Bounty Hunters Shootout" paid $4.30 for 1st. And that's the only place it paid. Can you please explain what is going on?

OK, exactly same thing happened again last night. $1k GTD with $4.91 for 1st and nothing paid to other players. With the lack of response I am starting to think this is not an honest mistake. Please correct it and do something for the players to correct it

I asked the poker team and payouts for the $1,000 Shootout are done in Tournament Money (TM) which can't be displayed in the tournament lobby unfortunately. All payouts happen behind scenes to the top 50 players when the Shootout finishes. Everyone should be getting the payouts stated in the description of the tournament:

It is a bit misleading in the lobby because the tournament needs to have some sort of cash prize pool apparently. I've escalated this to the tournament team to see if they can remove that $4 payout from the lobby and be a little more specific in the description to mention the automated payments in Tourney Money.

If you guys made the top 50 in the Shootout you should be able to see your TM balance credited.

Shoot me your poker screenname in a private message if you see a discrepancy and i'll review it for you.

Can we get the payouts for windfall promotions paid out in TM again? I believe all of the promotions were changed to tournament buyins for a period of time and the windfall promotion is the only one that hasn't changed back.

I'm not sure what you intended the COPS daily shootouts to be, but I feel like it's different from how it actually is.

Every time people get moved to a new table, their chips reset to 1. So playing 10+ events yesterday had no advantage because 95% of the field got a bye so in the first table, everyone had the same amount of chips. Even for rd1 were close to full, if you win your chips get reset to 1 for rd2 so there's till essentially no advantage to playing more and accumulating more chips.

Is there any affiliate to sign up with for BetOnline?

Haven't seen the contests in 2023 so far. Wondering if this is just an oversight or are the leaderboards and boost daily competitions not coming back?

The state of the games for professionals are bad on the network atm. I checked all formats recently, Spins, 6maxhypers, NL100-200 and compare to what i used to grind in previous years.
What i think chico did wrong, is that offered ""promotions"" in the past years for regular players that attracted more to come to the network- but there was not real promotions in the end imo- Rake is still high and rakeback is still too low for the tougher games.
On top of that with the anonymous tables you have to grind your way to play a recreational by playing 5 handed on Ring games with other professionals AND the high rake.
As a conclusion i think that Chico is stucked in the middle, should be either gearing the marketing strategy into luring more recreationals OR offer real promotions for professionals. Since then i am gambling for profits elsewhere..

Dearest Promotions Team:

For future series', could there be consideration given to allocating more of a % of the "promotions budget" to the leaderboard and less to the daily freeroll? Right now, it seems that of the $32,000 budget, $30,000 is given to freerolls and $2000 to the leaderboard. Personally, that doesn't motivate me to grind any more events than I already was going to.

As a for example, someone who looks like he's been playing most events so far and has gotten:

31st in a 200
1st in a 100
2nd in a 100
1st in a 50
3rd in a 200
24th in a 200

is making as much from the leaderboard as three people who will win 4-5 allin flips in an hour.

Obviously all of this is just a bonus, and the events themselves are rewards enough, but if the goal is to motivate more play, imo upping the series long rewards would be a good motivator.
