The email for this promotion said it would end today (Tuesday 11:59 PM Eastern time), but the race disappeared from the cashier today after being there yesterday. You can't trust this site to run promotions according to their emails or information on the website or poker lobby.

I contacted customer service and was told the challenge is still in progress just not visible in the client for some reason and that they're working on it. Ends tonight at 11:59pm ET so let's see if the rewards are paid out

This is right. I noted my balance when I logged off before 11:59pm ET and came back afterwards to a higher balance with the difference roughly the amount I was expecting, ~$100.

It looks like people got paid, but the race still ended prematurely hence any points collected between 5pm and 11:59pm ET didn't count towards the challenge anymore. So if you were ranked 101st the moment it "disappeared", you could grind the highest stakes all evening and it wouldn¨'t change anything

Hi Chris, I saw in the lobby that there is finally a race that Omaha HI lo players can enter. I wish they would keep this race going every week.

I saw this week they launched one for NLHE and another one for Omaha which is great yeah. If you on the Omaha one then it means you qualified this time. Congrats!

I will send your feedback around having these dedicated Omaha ones more often.

Unfortunately this week I don't have any races. I would like betonline to take into account those of us who play Omaha Hi lo. I know of no other room with traffic for this game. I think that betonline should take care of this reserve of players. Sometimes there are very few tables and I'm sure a race would help a lot

The cashgame leaderboard that gives away entries to the 100+9 tournament disappeared from my missions tab this morning. I thought I had another day to complete it?

New promo is plain ****, sorry and this is usually not my language, but in this case it's true.

The leaderboards now instead of cash pay a $2K Freeroll ticket each day, that starts at 9pm EST.

Like it's not to be realized that a decent if not big amount of grinders to even reach these prizes is EU-based by now.

For me this freeroll starts at 3am (not at all playable except weekends maybe), for eastern european (namely russian) players it will be 5am+.

Whoever came up with this idea + starting time should be fired, no offence.

I also see the american-point-of-view here obviously,, so why not make these an all-in-freeroll like it used to be with some promos a while ago? For many EU players (and lets be honest, a good portion of the higher volume grinders is european now especially because more and more russians joining for obvious reasons) this will just not be possible to attend most days, making the leaderboard completely worthless for those not living on unemployment-money.

I agree with this. A lot of people play cash games because they don’t want to be constrained by the time and length of tournaments. It would be way better if it’s just an all-in tournament like it once was.

I also agree. I am a cash game player. I play high volume on boost for the cash prize. I guess I need to move that volume to ACR because a $2K freeroll does nothing for me.

This one is garbage but the last one was only rewarding microstakes regs so I hope they have some new concept in mind

I was told late last week that a couple of dedicated races at cash games would become available on Monday. I just noticed they only got enabled recently, these races are probably a little more in line with what you guys are looking for in terms of promotions for cash games.

I can see there is a $10,000 race that will see the top 100 players rewarded with cash and a $5,000 for Omaha players, top 75 paid.

Looks like you guys need to "opt-in" to start earning points this week. Race ends on Monday May 9th at midnight.

There's a 10k cash race, a 5k PLO race, and then SNG's get an MTT that starts at 9PM or later for most players that has an EV of about a $5 buyin. I tried it last night and was still ~2 hours to ITM for $6 even with 2/3 of the field sitting out. Please go back to one of the previous formats (top 3 get points towards a total cash $, $109 tickets, or really any ticket. The only reward can't just be a static tournament that few people can fit into their schedule. Just my 2c...

Ya I think most players would rather have the prize pool of the daily leaderboards into freerolls be added to the weekly leaderboard/race that awards cash prizes.

The 10k leaderboard is great. Gives me plently of incentive to play on the site. Is it going to be a recurring thing going forward?

I will escalated your feedback to the team JRuViC... thanks for sharing a few suggestions. I think the crew is doing a decent effort in trying to please all audiences so hopefully they can incorporate something along these lines for the Sit & Go community too.

I really think the idea of offering this 2K freeroll should be overthought. Some of the usual SNG Regs who used to be on top of the leaderboard don't even bother opting in for this leaderboard. When I played it last night still most tables had 6/9 players or more just sitting out.
If it's for Budget reasons, from what I've Seen (not sure how much cash LB was worth though) not even less money is spent with this System, spending $2K each day when maybe 100 players actually players it and the Rest sitting out this just seems like a huge waste.

Please go back to Cash/Tournament prizes. I for one don't understand the thought behind the switch anyways, especially for the SNG Leaderboard, it was good as it was, with a top 50 Payout it was great as it was, because even recreationals are able to reach the top50 in those to earn a reward.

Hi guys. My name is Oscar and I won the bad beat jackpot hand a month ago. My share was 47000 dollars. After a couple of days I wanted to withdraw some money. This was not possible. Later that day I was not able to log into my account at all. I send emails and talked to their customer service. Prodiving all informatiom they ask for with no response for weeks even though they assured me to reply after days. I want to bring attention to this case. What can I do? Who can I reach? Who can help me?

I like the cash prize leaderboards but not the leaderboards with tournament entries to the $109 main event where you can't unregister. At least give us a way to late register by crediting us with a ticket to the specific $109 event and we have to register before late registration ends to use the ticket.

If you do the automatic registration for ticket winners, give us the option to unregister for the $109 main event before the tournament starts to get a ticket to that same event so we can late register.
