UPDATE:
My account has been reopened and I have been awarded for my placement in last week's rake race leaderboard. Not 100% positive as I wasn't keeping track, but somebody showed me a screenshot that showed I was in 10th place of the $12.5k rake race leaderboard on the last day. I appreciate that it was made right!
I know the network has been dealing with a lot of issues over the last week. I understand that when stuff like this happens that things might take some time to get everything sorted and resolved. My main issue with this situation was the lack of communication about why my account was locked and the incorrect timeframe that I was given for when it would be resolved. Hopefully that communication to your players can be improved upon in the future with more timely email updates when you decide to lock accounts.
