FWIW, I have access to my account after it was locked/reviewed but never received an email from BoL stating that my account was functional.

Hey Mike,

This morning when I noticed my account was locked I immediately sent you a private message as well as contacted live support. Live support informed me that the issue would be looked into shortly and that it should be resolved within the next couple of hours. It's 12 hours later and I'm still locked out of my account. I hope you can understand my frustration with the stated time frame that I was given earlier as well as the lack of communication from you guys about this situation. Sending out an email to all affected customers in situations like these to let them know what's going on would be greatly appreciated. I've received no emails and heard nothing from BetOnline aside from your post 4 hours ago. If I didn't believe that this was related to the mistake you guys made with the contest payouts then I'd be very concerned about the status of my account right now. Please look into my account details that I sent you this morning and see that my account is restored as soon as possible.

UPDATE:

My account has been reopened and I have been awarded for my placement in last week's rake race leaderboard. Not 100% positive as I wasn't keeping track, but somebody showed me a screenshot that showed I was in 10th place of the $12.5k rake race leaderboard on the last day. I appreciate that it was made right!

I know the network has been dealing with a lot of issues over the last week. I understand that when stuff like this happens that things might take some time to get everything sorted and resolved. My main issue with this situation was the lack of communication about why my account was locked and the incorrect timeframe that I was given for when it would be resolved. Hopefully that communication to your players can be improved upon in the future with more timely email updates when you decide to lock accounts.

Guys this is being sorted, I believe within the next hour or 2 everybody whose accounts were affected, will be unblocked.

I have been told that the leaderboards will be for the original FULL amounts.

The action on all 8 tables just froze and the client was behaving as if I didnt have any connection (was playing on 4 other sites without problems at the same time, IT WASNT ME)

I had to kill the process and restart (obv lost all my tables)
wtf?
Was the first time this happened

Hi all,


Monday 9th November Downtime for Maintenance.

From 5am ET until 7am ET

There will be a maintenance window to release some new features.
Tourneys scheduled during that time frame will be cancelled.
A pop up will display in the poker lobby prior to the downtime.

I think some of you will really like the new features.

The updates I noticed are:

- Stack to bb display for cash and MTT's

- Breaks in MTT's are now 5 minutes, even if a hand is being played out when break time hits. Previously, if a hand went until :57, the break would be only three minutes. Now it is 5 minutes. So instead of MTT's all resuming at :00, some can start later. I think this is a nice addition.

- PKO MTT's now display the dollar amount of bounties you accumulated when you bust the tournament. This is really nice as previously it never did and sometimes the cashier page wouldn't update in real time.

To add to that the additional changes I've noticed:

1. Much thinner Join Waiting List button on the tables. I'm not sure why this was done, but I don't mind it either way.

2. Added Active Bonuses button in the bottom left of the lobby as well as in the middle of the left side of the tables. I think the one on the table is terrible placement, especially when you don't have your tables open very wide because it sits under the player to your left. I don't think it needs to be on the table and should it remain, it could be added in a spot next to the top right tabs for friends' list, options, layout and lobby.

3. Chips to BB can be changed both in the options menu and by clicking the totals on the table. I like that they added the ability in the options menu, but I'm not a fan of the click to change on the table. I like to double click on a player to activate the notes menu and I keep misclicking on the totals instead of opening the note box. This is probably not as big of an issue for people who have their tables sized larger than mine are.

4. Tables that I've waitlisted for are not popping up when I'm sat down to buy in. I only notice them if I leave them up or after I've already missed my chance to buy in.

Would be nice if on the mobile app we could rearrange our tables to our liking, which is not possible atm.

Also, I still cannot see the bounty on my head in pko's on mobile.

I really have no comment about ur tech team.
They just started maintenance during the games(cash games for sure, not playing other).
I were in 3 pots and just got disconnected from EVERY table.
I dont know how to comment it. I putted about 80bb(played 2-5 and 5-10) in those pots.

Mike any comments about that?
