I was in grad school then and didn’t put any money in online until well after I was working. So I’m not familiar with the particulars but am fairly certain that the feds could’ve ****ed you over and kept everyone’s cash in asset forfeiture. Given the state of things I think it’s fair to use caution. Even if you get it back eventually I’m not in the business of giving the DOJ a multi year $15k interest free loan, to say nothing of possible scammers or poker sites collapsing. If you’re not playing in a NV or NJ site in the US it’s just a reality that you can’t expect everything to be there tomorrow.
That said I’d give you 2:1 odds on a $100 bet that your balance is still gonna be there in a few weeks max once this gets cleared
