On Monday 13th of July we’ll be running a scheduled maintenance to the poker servers.

What happened to player points??? I had a large amount of them now they just take them away without getting any thing for them????

Also asking about VIP points. Now they've just disappeared from the client? They don't show anywhere, and you can't even search for them as an option under the tournament filter. Many of us at a large amount of anticipated equity with those points

this is so sad. i used to love BOL

I don't work for betonline, but to the best of my knowledge:

A Centurylink problem took down cloudflare. Like many online gaming websites, betonline uses cloudflare to protect against Denial-of-Service attacks and extortion. Cloudflare came back in stages, as some peering had to be manually re-established. I believe betonline was back around noon Pacific Daylight time.

Cant connect keep getting network error just losing money zzzz

same issue as few days ago. all tables got disconnected.

The client has **** the bed multiple times since late last week. WTF is going on with the servers lately?

Do we have to request the refund for the tournaments affected or they'll be automatically refunded to us?
