Please note that there is a scheduled maintenance starting at 1:00am ET on Tuesday, August 31st. It appears to be a longer than usual maintenance period with an ETA of 5 hours. All tournaments that start prior to the maintenance window will be canceled, this will probably include some of the evening tournament tonight that usually overlap with this timeframe.

Want to try a little something here. I'll be running some experiments with gimmicky promotions for the members of this forum, so any feedback or ideas are more than welcome!

So it's about 8:20 AM PST and all of my sit n go's just disconnected and I received error 12002. I ended up blinding out and losing all of them for about ~$75. My internet is having no issues and I checked other sites which are all working, so I assume this is on BoL servers. Can we get an update about when we might be refunded if so?

POKER SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

There is a scheduled maintenance planned for the Poker Chico brands on Wednesday, October 6th from 5:00am ET to 7:00am ET (2 hour downtime). Please note that tournaments that overlap with those hours will be cancelled.

You'll notice that a few tournaments in the regular schedule starting at midnight tonight might be unavailable until services get fully restored at 7:00am ET on Wednesday.

There are quite a few upgrades in the release tomorrow. I will update this thread with links and descriptions of these improvements once the poker platform is up and running again.

Looks like I must quote "Trick or Treat" on this maintenance notice. Apologies for the false warning, it appears the maintenance window had to be postponed until next week. The decision was made just before the start of the downtime so apologies for the late notice on this.

The expected release date is now Tuesday, October 12th but I will confirm that on Monday at the latest.

Hey Chris,

Seems like some miscommunication in there.

Maintenance usually takes place early Wednesday morning in the US time zones.

Tuesday evening / Wednesday morning tournaments are usually affected.

As you can see it mentions Tuesday at 5am ET for the start, but says service will be restored on Wednesday at 7am ET.

It was my bad, should have been up and running again Tuesday morning at 7am not Wednesday. That would have been one hell of a downtime

Anyone else having issues with the BOL cardcatcher following the update? When open I'm unable to open the BOL client. As soon as I close it, it opens and runs fine though.

Same. Open card catcher and BOL won’t open. Open BOL first and opens fine but crashes as soon as I open card catcher.

Yeah, what the heck is up with that? Why would they remove the ability to take a screenshot?

RTA can utilize screenshots to grab data from the table. could have something to do with trying to prevent stuff like this

I've been informed there is a scheduled maintenance tomorrow Wednesday, December 1st from 1:00am ET to 6:00am ET.

This will be affecting the regular tournament schedule this evening. All running tournaments that may overlap with the maintenance period will need to be suspended and you'll notice a temporary schedule running from 7:00pm ET tonight until 7:00am ET tomorrow.

There is a scheduled maintenance tomorrow Thursday, December 9th starting at 4:00am ET and ending at 5:00am ET (1 hour).

I am told this downtime will not affect tonight's $25,000 GTD at 7:30pm ET

As they get closer to the downtime there will be a few tournaments that will get suspended but once the update finishes the regular schedule will resume as normal.

Anyone else's client shuts down when they open DriveHUD? Worked fine before the update

The latest update has affected some 3rd party software. If you're using 3rd party software you'll have to wait for the 3rd party software provider to put out an update or else open the client without it.
