MAINTENANCE WINDOW
On Thursday, June 13th we will deliver the update on Chico production server.
The delivery will start at 10:00 UTC (6:00am ET) and last for about 1 hour.

TOURNAMENTS CANCELLED
Starting at 4:30am UTC – 11:30am UTC (00:30am ET – 07:30am ET).

I tried opening the PC app after the maintenance was done this morning and noticed it loads very slow. Every action is taking 5-10seconds to register.

I tried reinstalling the program but that didn't fix it.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Can you please update whats going on with the poker client, as well as the actual website? Both are down with no explanation.

Hi fsp23 and all players,

We are experiencing some connection issues at the moment. We are trying to resolve these as soon as possible. All running tournaments will be paused now.
I will post an update as soon as get an ETA from our technical team as to when the services will be restored.

All tournaments will be cancelled in 10 minutes if the service has not been restored.
After cancellation we will be issuing refunds to all affected players depending on the state of the tournament.

Same issue except mine was worse. I couldn't even click any buttons. Blinded out of a tournament without taking a single action on the tables and restarting pc/restarting game client/re-install client did not help.

Did the Dollar Insanity related increase in traffic overload the servers? Cash games were moving so slow just now I don't want to even attempt to play anything at the moment. It was taking at least a minute just to push chips to the winning player.
