Hey Mike,

Just so you know, the missions tab is wrong currently. It says "Take AK to showdown" when I'm 99% sure the mission is to win a hand with AK. The website you linked says this. Hopefully it can be fixed for the rest of the days.

Do we have to be logged in for these daily all in shootouts? Or does it run automatically and whatever place a person gets, they get that corresponding prize? I won't be "sitting out" if I don't actually open the client and sit down? Or I will?

I'm having issues again logging into my account. It seems like this a monthly occurrence. When I logged into the poker client I got a message saying my account was temporarily banned. I called customer support who mentioned that my account isn't banned and I should be able to login. I was unable to login to the .ag site and was also unable to make a new password. I've emailed customer support and the customer service rep mentioned he'd put in something for IT. Anyone else had this issue before? What could this be?

I cant get windows client to load. I tried deleting and reinstalling, it freezes up trying to load every time. Cant access login screen or anything

Hello Mike,
After seeing good reviews of the games on chico here on this forum, I recently deposited 200 usd on betonline after downloading the software and seeing the bonus for first time depositers. I entered the correct code at time of deposit. This was over a week ago. The bonus money available to be played through has never shown at all in my account, pending or otherwise. I emailed customer support the day after deposit and twice since with no response. I've played over 2000 hands at nl25 and some 50 and would've atleast started clearing some of the bonus. It's definitely frustrating to say the least that I've gotten no response whatsoever from betonline. If you have any information on this or could check into this for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello all,
With regards to the 3bet pot pre flop rake issue.

It seems this was part of a network feature that was activated by mistake, which is why the brands are currently reviewing a way to exclude themselves from the rake rule.
I have been told that we should have a statement shortly.

Seems like your still away since you wont respond to pm's. you still haven't issued a response for tournament disconnections on 1/17 where several people were blinded out for an hour and a half while a select few stole all the blinds and $. No refunds have been offered or icm chip chop or anything. YOur customer service lied to everyone and said they played when in fact were blinded out. Your acting criminal why are u a part of 2+2? You and **** site should leave.

Can you give us a comment regarding this? Was ur RNG (random number generation) checked by any licensed company? What is the company name? When did they check it?

There may be a slight delay in the refunds for the 3 bet pots rake.
I have been told it should be done today but it is being worked on and we thank you for your patience.

Many of us are still awaiting refunds from tournaments on 1/17 when you site crashed. Now you say your pm's are full but you still state to pm so how the hell are you gonna handle this.

It is pretty wild that Mike literally ignores every post about the tournaments refunds that are clearly owed from January.

i have a few issues on my mac client - one, your replayer doesn't show bets. it is effectively useless as is and doesn't show mucked cards at showdowns either, making it even more useless.

also, audio preferences are for naught as well. regardless of what boxes i check, it's either all or nothing.

been this way for a few weeks. hand re-player not showing mucked cards or hole cards. blackjack tables broken. technical issues like these are one thing, but...

their poker team is completely incompetent. there's no other way to describe them. there are extremely simple poker 101 issues a mile long that they are simply too stupid to comprehend when pointed out to them.
