Why is there a fee for badbeat jackpot when one hits? Are you personally sitting at the desk distributing the money when one hits?

So it seems that I can't play any satelite to 109 tourney, because they do not show up to me, I checked sharkscope and it seems that they are running.
However, I saw a green pop up to one of the the satelites, that said it starts in 3 minutes, of course I do not see that tourney on the tourney list, I clicked on that and got to the lobby, which said '' Access denied''.
What am I missing in this situation?

is there usually ALWAYS 2 tables from plo200 and plo500 going? I played last year and thought i remember seeing that there wasnt much traffic there at those stakes if at all??? Very much appreciate it.

Usually 1 table sometimes 2 of 200. 500 rarely even runs, usually only when a known bum is at a table. It's pretty bad.

I am getting in touch regarding the closure and confiscation of funds held in my account on BetOnline. I have been a BetOnline customer for over 5 years and have had probably hundreds of withdrawals and deposits over this course of time. I have played Poker professionally for over 9 years now and have never had this kind of issue happen so suddenly with no explanation. Please can you help me out with this, I don't think I have done anything wrong and most definitely don't think confiscation of the funds totalling almost $14k is justified.

I want to give you a detailed timeline of events that happened within the last few days so that you can have the full picture and maybe we can figure out a way to rectify this. I would like to keep playing on BetOnline, this site has been great for me over the last 5+ years.

Most recent events:
Tuesday 25th 2023, I decided to stream my poker live on Twitch under the handle: twitch.tv/KINGSAMHOR. This was purely for enjoyment and wanting to try something new.

The streaming software I used was StreamLabs. It's a popular live streaming tool. When BOL was open and I was streaming (A mix of GG and some other sites), my friend noted that nothing was actually being shown from BetOnline on the stream. I believe the software has blocked itself from being shown on Stream.

BetOnline is probably one of my most frequented sites to play Tournament poker and I knew about Tiger Gaming as a Chico skin. The day after I did the stream I created a TigerGaming account to see if this would appear on the streaming software. It did not show up. StreamLabs could not capture the client and so I closed the Client and that was the last time I opened it.

I did not and have not read the T&C around streaming using Betonline software or any other skin related to BOL and assumed this would be no issue given the size of the poker streaming environment and other big name companies not having an issue.

I realise I had an issue with prohibited software use on my account once many years ago, probably a study tool that I opened with the client on in the background. I want to profess my innocence if I have broken any T&C’s unknowingly in regards to using the software while streaming.

When I opened my TigerGaming account, my intention was to create an account, unverified, purely to see if the software I was using to stream (StreamLabs) would capture the client. In an earlier message from support they mentioned that the details I used in my TigerGaming account were different from that of my BetOnline account. This account is unverified and I have never attempted to deposit onto it so I am not sure why this would matter. I believe the confusion comes from using Chrome AutoFill for my details which probably have details for my address that do not match my BetOnline verified account details. I have moved several times recently (Last 3 years) so this would probably be the case.

I would like to send in documents to verify everything and anything regarding my account. I think this is an unreasonable standard for account closure and confiscation of funds if an unverified account on the same network skin with different details can be justified as reason enough to close my long standing account and confiscate such a large amount of funds.

If the issue regarding my account and its closure is not in regards to using the streaming software and it is an issue regarding my TigerGaming account and the account details I used when I signed up, please let me know what I would have to do to rectify this situation. Almost $14,000 is a non trivial amount of money to almost everyone, so please help me out.

I’ve been playing Bovada seriously for about 6 months at the medium to high stakes but I really can’t get past the “ANON” tables and my conspiracy theory mind. Played on ACR for a bit but hated everything about it. Played global for a bit and it just was clunky and something didn’t seem right with it.

I am really impressed with BOL so far!

I love how simple it is. Reminds me of all the things I like about the Bovada interface.

I love the MTT blind levels, even though I didn’t at first. Once I realized the blind jumps were ~half that of normal Bovada structures, it makes it way better. Playing FT bubble of a $109 with 40bb average stack is a HUGE change from the Bovada structures. Completely different game.

I LOVE the ability to take permanent notes and mark players. Yet again, completely changes the game compared to Bovada.

I get why but I HATE how short the action clock is. I can barely 2table on mobile without burning Precious timebank.

I HATE the mobile bet slider interface. Maybe I’m missing something but I just wanna be able to type 2.2 and bet 2.2bb. Fiddling with the half pot button has gotten me by.

I'm not sure where to report a player issue. I was at the final 2 tables when another player suggested to the player I was in a pot with that he move all in against my river raise. I'm not sure what the rules for BOL are but I know that it is standard in most situations that you are not allowed to influnce the action of another player who is involved in the hand. It was in the $ 22 7k and the hand number was 1133928069. Feel free to PM me if you need any further information

I found BETONLINE in the search engine and saw that the rating was very high, so I registered on April 29th. 1. zoopsychologist. This dude has a lifetime VPIP of like 3% and rarely plays more than 1 or two orbits. Leaves table if he wins a single hand usually. What's up with this guy?
2. mrRABBANNE. Never plays more than a few orbits but is always around. Massive seat and game selector. Is this just some nitty bumhunter with a seat script?

I also think it's very possible zoopsychologist is colluding with other players. It would explain the insanely low vpip.

Finally, it took 220 hours to complete the review. At first, I thought it was a fraudulent company, but now I am certain that they are not! They are as mentioned in many forums. It's a gambling company that values credibility and security

So it seems that I do not see satelites to 109, to be exact Mega 50x Seats to 150k GTD Main and Mega 25x Seats to 150k GTD Main.
If a green banner comes up on a table that they are running if I press it I get ''access denied'' message.
Live support showed a picture that indeed these tourneys exist, but I cannot play them for some odd reason. Why would that be the case?

I've played a lot on here the last year. Zoo talks crap back in the chat sometimes if I get under his skin. I don't think he's colluding he's just mega nit.

Rabanne is a Hungarian(could be wrong but European) he's been grinding 100 and 200 for like 4+ years now probably winning 1bb and some rakeback. He's a huge bum hunter and grimmer. He's just overall terrible and bad for the game. I think he plays a ton of tables across sites. He actually had released coaching videos for some euro start up training site some time back.


Premmi is semi new the past year or so. Another bad reg. Maybe slightly better than others mentioned.

I've never seen anything to lead me to believe they are colluding. They are all just really bad and scarred money nits.
