What’s even more odd is I don’t even use deposit bonuses because the play through is ridiculous…….like 35x or something. I complained about the rake on here and on Twitter. That’s the only thing I can think of

If nobody has your account log in info but you, then nobody but you could be playing on your account.

Just because it's like a sneeze that doesn't come out if I don't, it's 209 in 80 minutes = one hand every 23 seconds

But yes, if that's true, that seems very damning. But on a non-headsup table I don't even know how that would be possible unless literally everyone at the table was in on it. But if that was the case they would just best-hand and have OP put 95% of his stack in and then fold.

He said 80 minutes, not 60, assuming some of the hands were folded preflop, then it averages around 1 hand every 40 seconds which sounds like a normal pace for a HU/3-handed game to me

If you wanna be smart about chip dumping and not get banned, this is the last thing you'd do, it will trigger immediate red flags in their system if they're using any.

My humble opinion is, it's EXTREMELY unlikely someone got all your email, password and IP address information and was even poker smart enough to lose that amount over 80 minutes instead of dumping it instantly like every random person would do. Also why would you keep $3000 in your account if you only play PLO micros?

But if you really are one of the 1/10000000 unlucky cases and what you're saying is true, you should consider upgrading your internet security and sorry to say but I don't think you'd get your money back on any site, especially a non-regulated one. If the login, password and IP addresses were same as yours, then you can't really prove it wasn't you playing, if they gave you the money back, anyone could just lose and say "hey, it wasn't me playing"

if they dont mind you continuing to play but just cant get bonuses did they perhaps deem you a bonus/promo whore? do you just play the minimum to get those and then stop (not that there is anything wrong with that)

No I didn’t use any deposit bonuses ever and I didn’t play enough to qualify for the leaderboard promotions. I was going through my emails today and I received a Betonline survey a few weeks ago where I was critical of their rake. I complained on Twitter too but nothing malicious. I think I’m being punished with a zero balance lol

I'd like to ask about verification process and if it is standard that it takes such a long time.
My account was locked 6days ago after I tried to withdraw. Support wrote me" "We have temporarily locked your account pending a routine security review.
To expedite the evaluation process, please send a copy of the following documents to documents@tigergaming.com. "
I immediately sent requested documents (6days ago) .
Obviously I am not aware of any problem on my side, have been playing SnGs for nearly 10 years without any problems and haven't seen such weird methods.
BetOnline Chris would be thankful if you could somehow help me please (my acc name on tigergaming is same as here).

Hello domco, free ATM here, welcome in the club. I got exactly the same email as you, and it took me one month to get my money back, i had there 12k bankroll and they told me over and over i will not get anything back without any real reason. But finally few days ago a got at least my money back, but account stays closed again for not any reason. It was really painfull to go thru that process. I play poker profesionally for over 10 years and i never had anything like this happen to me. I played there 30k windfalls and i was printing, but yeah they hate regs and they are banning them if you make profit they will find you and they will ban you

Here is the last email they send to me

Anybody who is still grinding there, be really careful, its can happen to anyone who making profit.

Still having a problem with withdrawal, I'm getting this message when I click on withdrawal button in cashier:
"We're sorry! your request cannot be completed at this time.

so I am considering to play on BOL. I only want to play heads up sit and goes. By observing the lobby, it seems that the lobby is controlled by a few regs as low as 15 usd despite there seems to be very little action.

My questions are:
1. Is there some sort of cartel like on stars?
If so, how can I join?
2. Is there a program in use like sharkystrator?

I would recommend staying away from BOL. Their security of games is very limited and it's more on the players to do policing with respect to game integrity.

HU, SnGs, Windfalls.. you are going to run into a lot of cheating rings/RTA users.

There's not many good things to say about BOL at the moment.

They increased cash game rake, removed player locations (allows for more Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Russians cheating)

Ghosting rings are pretty bad at the smaller stakes MTTs.

Lots of chip dumping going on within PSKO's.

BOL, simply doesn't give af about the players.. Do yourself a favor and take your action else where :-)

They sent out emails regarding PLO BBJ couple of days ago and you can see a yellow star next to each BBJ table in the lobby, there's also $ prize visible on top when you open a table, so not sure what you mean by "no info anywhere"
