Just new to this website and had problems with this bug. Everytime I click to sit in a table on software it just crashes. I tried to play with new layout and old layout and I have same crash stuff. Anyone had experience anything similar ?

Please allow me to send you a little further information for your account. Can you PM me your poker nickname?

I believe a few players were experiencing this same issue and the problem was fixed in a recent software release. Can you log in to the software and click HELP>>CLIENT VERSION to make sure you have the latest version? Should be v42.0.0.22738 from Dec 15th.

If this is not the case uninstall the software and download again from the website. Then try again.

You can try this even if you still have the latest version just in case.

If this doesn't fix the problem send me your poker nickname and little bit of info on your PC to review.

BetOnline Chris got this situated for me, like I said, I made an account a while back and it seems they have some form of security in place that if you dont use your account for a certain amount of time they lock it from playing and you have to contact support.

Any boost you can get that doesn't involve sports betting is infinitely better

BetOnline Chris was extremely helpful trying to fix the issue I had. Even though it took a bit since it was a techinical problem (which we had the contact IT department), in the end we got it fixed and he was keeping me posted the entire time. I wish every poker room had a customer service like that.

Has anyone else encounter issues with Sportsbetting tables blacking out when they are playing. It looks like one of those color inversion effects. I remember it happens once when I try to open the replayer but other times it happens randomly.

Now I don't know why but what is happening to me is greater than 1/1billion in my opinion. I am a winning live player 470k+ last 5 years playing cash I get bad beats that goes way further than anything I believe anyone has ever seen and if someone can help me import my lifetime hands on betonline and show what I am running against EV I will pay someone $300

Also experienced insane -ev over large volume. My honest belief is that there are some site superusers who can see runouts ahead or cards dealt or something and call down bad to subtly cheat giving some unusual bad beats over and over but nothing too blatant. Like any site there is also card sharing at PLO with players who sit together always.

There are also enough fish from sports betting in eu and some of course laundering large illicit deposits and losing some etc that there is a fishy ecosystem at times where winning does occur and people do get paid when winning big I did get paid when I ran it up after losing a lot but there is enough inherent legitimacy issues clouding an unregulated software in Eastern Europe. WpN has a different shady type of corruption then -ev over volume in my honest experience at least

Like, this sounds just to ridiculous to be true, right? I do play on BOL, I had several cashouts, I do have solvers/equity calculators and obv a regular windows calculator installed, but I never had any problems, in fact, their withdrawals were some of the most comfortable ones and also quickest.

So basically all is good, but still I wanted to make sure if anyone might have experienced something like this ever with BOL/TG/SB.

First, you're wrong, it's not rigged. Quite frankly if it was rigged it's likely you would be the kind of player it is rigged for.

Second, your live results mean nothing once you move into an online environment. Take responsibility for your results and either learn to play this variant or stay in the soft, gentle live streams.

Is there an expected date for fix Sharkscope issues? I think it doesnt work since 20/feb, and they say Chico Network is not providing data.

Its an essencial tool for a lot of players (recreatives and regulars), and the lack of access to these stats will certainly push a lot of us away.

Hey Growlmon,

I believe hotkeys are only available in the Windows poker client. You won't be able to do this if you are using the web HTML poker client. In the Windows app go to OPTIONS in the footer menu and then hotkeys. You'll see the commands you'll need to setup.

What happened to King of the Ring PKO Series?
Don't see any tournaments running of that type and it says it should run till March 6th

if i have an account with betonline, am i allowed to make another one with sportsbetting or tigergaming? 1 account per skin or 1 only on the network?

Has anyone else been having client lagging/ timeout issues? Past couple of days I'll have 1 or 2 tables just time out while the rest are running fine. It just drains my entire timebank and sits me out then I can sit back in a hand or 2. Starting to remind me of Bovada.
