Table opens, plays at the rate of 2 hands per blind level. Seems I was all in and lost, didn't allow reentry. Horrible and a complete waste

Dang, Sunday is like the only evening during the Summer where you can get a bunch of midstakes PLO going and they completely killed off the games. No more of these goofy tournies that crash the site plz

Unfortunately we were not prepared to have that many players registered in a single tournament. This created an issue with the server performance, so we have had to cancel and refund the players.

We are running a 15k regular freeroll Sunday next week for all the players registered in the dollar insanity.

I will give the promotions team credit, the $1 insanity tournament was very aptly named.

My name is papapacker on BOL. I was in both the $109 and the $109 rebuy, as well as both Sunday mini mains. When the server overloaded, due to the $1 insanity I was unable to log in for over an hour. When I got back in I was only able to get the $40,000 Sunday $109 second chance to load. Could never get back into my other games because mtt lobbies wouldn't load to save my life. I was so mad as I was in for multiple bullets in each mtt. I contacted live support tonight. And all they could say is sorry there is nothing we can do to compensate or refund any buy ins. They offered a freeroll ticket to next weeks $15,000 freeroll worth $1. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT A NEEDLE. I lost $500+ worth of buy in due to their server issue and I'm told to just eat it. And here is a $1 freeroll ticket. How is this real life. I have played 784 mtts on BOL since Jan 1st. I have generated $5000 in rake between cash games and mtts this year. After being talked to like a dog by live chat and getting no response from e-mail I will be taking my funds off of BOL.

I usually receive 2 calls a week from this number.
Searched the number and it refers to BetOnline but can't confirm.
What's the purpose of the call, do I need to answer it?
Is there a setting from my account where I can say do not call?

Mike thank you for getting my Sunday buy ins all refunded in full. I am very impressed how well and fast you took care of me. For a minute there I thought BOL was going to do what so many other sites have done in the past and just screw me. BOL I will rank you #1 for customer support because you did what is right. As far as live support they could use some training in the poker department. Once again thank you for refunding the buy ins and I will continue to play BOL daily. Mike your awesome.

Yes, but what about the other folks?

Have many other players not been refunded yet? Usually we'd see a ton of posts if that was the case. I know there's always pages of complaints for the other network threads when people are missing money after tournaments get cancelled or cash game funds get frozen at the tables. Luckily I don't believe I've ever had funds missing go missing on this network. I also believe they've been pretty good about getting people refunds for network related issues in the past few years. Not to mention their software has been significantly more stable than the other options players from the USA can play at.

I am still waiting on refunds but have just sent a message to Mike and will update when possible. Was in most of the tournaments Sunday until problems started happening.

I got refunded in the form of a ticket for the same event this Sunday and cannot unregister from it. Is that normal? I'm not sure if I'll be able to play this Sunday so this isn't ideal.
