It's all good, I already mentioned that I agree revealing countries on chico wouldn't justify anything, besides the sad realization 90% of your reg buddies at mid stakes are russian/belarussian, but I just couldn't deal with the 2022 comment, I don't think much has changed in the botting department over the last couple of years. RTA is a different story, some of the higher stake regs are probably using it on chico too, but there's hardly anything you can do to prevent that

The location data is and always has been available for them to display if they wanted to. They've chosen not to display it for several years and the reasoning is not hard to figure out. You and others have literally said why that might be in your posts. The feature was obviously accidentally enabled for a few days a few weeks ago.


I played in the games when the tables were infested with bots. While the overall skill level of the regs has likely improved some since then, I doubt the games are harder to win in than it was in the past with a table full of bots.

The one thing that would definitely impact it more is if there's less recs around, which is almost always the case with online sites the closer it is to Summer.


lancelott, I'm sure you can understand how this post would be interepreted as insulting. Helping educate other players about the state of the games is nice and helpful, but this part of your post comes off as unnecessarily disrespectful. You shouldn't be surprised not to have received a positive response to it.

I'm pretty confident that I gave WSPreadHead access to my bot identification guide in the past. To say that he has no idea how the bots play or what they are is likely incorrect.

To have concerns about bots seems perfectly fine to me given how poorly many sites dealt with them in the past, and how some still do. Thankfully I believe Chico security did a good job eliminating them from their tables a couple of years back.

And yes, it was a fact that the vast majority of the bots were registered from Russian and Eastern European cities. And no, that obviously doesn't mean every Russian or Eastern European account is botting/cheating. I've met several players from that part of the world who I consider poker buddies.

While it's still a possibility, as it is at almost any site, I'd say the chances are still lower to encounter bots and RTA users on this network than at other networks. Wish I could speak with as much confidence on the matter as I used to be able to, but the anonymous lobby has resulted in me not having as much of a desire to put in as much volume here this year as I used to.

Hello.... I was playing BOL sattys yesterday and I ended up winning a $109 ticket to the main I was made hyped. They automatically regged me into the main which was cool but while I was playing the $109 I ended up winning another $109 ticket. I ended up busting the main and finished up my session. I logged back in later that day to find that I didn't have the $109 ticket anymore.

It sounds like your computer might have a Trojan. I think the best thing to do is try to remove that malware completely, then try to re-install the software. I found this on the web in case it helps:

If you still have issues once you get rid of the malware try to remove the software completely (delete everything in that folder - C:\Program Files (x86))\SportsBetting) and install from the website again.

Could you please fix hotkeys? They're a great feature in theory, but they've been unusable for years.

For example, if I set my "Check/Call" hotkey to 'X', sometimes it works. Other times it sends 'x' to the chatbox.

Had the same thing happen to me yesterday. I had already won a ticket to the Main Event and ended up winning another, but was awarded nothing. Why aren't these additional tickets automatically converted into tournament money in the amount of $109 like every other site out there if you already have the seat and are registered for the Main Event. That or it just shouldn't let you register for any more satellites.

I know their poker team is close to releasing a new feature that will allow these to get automatically traded into value tickets (ability to register for any $109 event). I am keeping a pulse on this new release because I know a lot of players are expecting it. I believe for now these get traded on Mondays. the new 4 color deck is awful. Why change spades from black to orange? And on every deck, at least give us an option.

yea I agree the placement of the chat is pretty bad, I don't really like the yellow spades, and not having the +/- clicker on the bet slider kinda sucks. kinda like the update overall though. its nice that you can actually see people's avatars now.
