seeing this message when logging in, doesnt get past that. Im logging in from a new location/country that should be allowed to play on BOL/TG but maybe this is the issue? any other ideas?

I do wonder if lags are caused due to 1) a massive influx of Russian regs in past few days/week or so (all PS/888 regs moved to chi,wpn,ipoker, few to apps, only relatively small % changed location to Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan type locations and kept playing PS/888).

Many of regs had to drop down in stakes by 1-2lvls etc for different reasons as well, so games will be tougher all across. Tons of new accounts in past week across all CHI games.

Or 2) is it due to software changes they`ve just recently introduced regarding screen names shrifts etc?

Not that i hope or care much about ability to change something on public forum (rofl), or even anybody relevant being actually able to affect anything reading this these days.

I can’t say for sure but I do pay attention to the number of players at the bottom of the client. There isn’t any high traffic compared to the past few months…..like zero difference

Didn't really notice traffic change, although new screennames are indeed popping up. But what's mindblowing for me is the rec/reg ratio that's still the same(possibly worse) than ~1-2 years ago. I thought all those anti-reg changes were supposed to easen the environment?

I cannot speak to cash but mtt fields feel much more reg heavy over the past 2 years. I do not know if that is simply European regs shifting more play to US facing sites or if it is the lack of enticement of recs for mtts, or a combo of both. Hmmm, I do not feel ACR or Ignition has experienced quite the same reg heavy shift during that time period.

I just wanted to let you all know that after seeing a few posts related to "lag issues", I reported this to the Poker Ops team and it is currently being investigated since yesterday. If some of you are having this issue and wishes to share a hand number where it happens that would be much appreciated and would help the investigation greatly. You can PM me any relevant info if you have some time.

If those lag issues are gone also feel free to comment on that.

I'll keep you guys posted on any findings on my end.

Question about withdrawal fees, why is there a $50 USD fee to make a simple bank withdrawal?
Every other site I play on it is free (stars, william hill etc)

---also this $50 fee used to get waived once per month if you cashed out on a friday EST - where has this gone? (live support tells me it never existed, yet I have made 15+ cashouts with the fee returned to my account each time making it the cheapest option to withdraw as long as it was once per month)

I have also noticed now using bank wire, I also get more bank fees, every cashout I have made recently has come from random banks from different countries, sometimes 1 fee, sometimes 2 fees (Mostly $20 usd + like $15 USD) + the fee my local bank charges ($10 USD equivalent).
((I have also had the odd cashout where there was no fees, other than my local bank one but that was a couple of years ago now)

Yes, there are other cashout options, but this method was the lowest fees originally when I was using it (neteller, skrill take huge chunks as well - and if you use bitcoin then cashout you have to also pay tax) -- in New Zealand there is no tax on gambling, so I also try to avoid this option unless I want to own more of a certain crypto.

So no matter what option losing $100 USD+?

Is this $50 fee basically to funnel more people to use other methods? Why do you payout from so many random banks / countries? (some of which put more fees on the customer, assuming passing money through more steps / banks is the cause)

My choice I guess to play here / how I cashout, but no rakeback/vip + high fees it is pretty frustrating

awhile ago when I played tournaments on here the player countries were visible, now gone. Is this a glitch or no longer an option?

did anyone here have issues with the bet/raise hotkey? I can't get it to work for nothing....fold/call works fine....

Their hotkeys have never worked for me. I use Jurojin or my autohotkey script.

I wish they'd fix their native hotkeys because they have a lot of nice options.

I used Jurojin as well but that software is sketchy af so I deleted it. I'd rather figure out how to get native hotkeys to work. I'm guessing someone here figured out how to use em...it's fairly random that one hotkey doesn't work when others do...

I noticed this too. The only way I can get it to work as before is to move the cursor from the chat box. I hit another stat tile on the left of the text box. Kinda annoying but it works.

Entering chat box automatically is the most annoying **** ever. Almost impossible task to take notes while multitabling or type personal stuff on the side. I've had the auto focus on my turn feature disabled and it still focuses the tables. Don't expect anyone to do something about it, just a rant since it was brought up

Also @CoinGreen why is Jurojin sketchy? I've been using it and it works fine most of the time, not 100% but it's free and still in development. It was more annoying to use software you actually pay forand get zero support when dysfunctional

Their software and support is excellent. They've been around 3 years, as freeware and will always be freeware. The whole "in development" thing is BS to stop you from thinking why are they free for 3 years? So, great software, responsive team, large user base and no profit. That's not sketchy to you? It's doing **** in the background but you don't know what.

Well if it's mining crypto in the background then it's the most efficient one on the market because my PC performance seems to be untouched. Is there any real evidence other than "it's free so it must be doing something bad"?

Hotkeys work for me, but I want to be able to use F5 as a hotkey.

Was able to see player countries for a couple weeks now that option is gone? Guess the site didn't want players to see the large influx of new accounts are from Russia?
