Wrong. They banned me because I was winning too much in the 5/10 Plo and plo8 games. This was about 3 years ago. I never broke a single rule, always played ethically. When I asked for an explanation (I already knew why, just wanted to hear them say it) none was given. My name is Brian Cox. If they want to deny they ban crushers then they can publicly state right here why they banned me.

Going back thru my email's its clear they banned me not only because I was crushing the games but because I had the gall to ask for rakeback.

So I am a long term player on your site. A couple months back a poker acquaintance asked if I was receiving rake back and I said no. He said I could get a certain percentage back but I must empty the money on my account with you and sign up with betonline.ag, which I did. A couple days later Betonline.ag shut my account down with no explanation and didn't even offer to refund the little money I had on there. Today I figured I would deposit on your site and start playing again. Now I see my account is frozen on this one too. What did I do wrong? Why am I being treated like I committed a crime? This acquaintance said he works with Betonline and doesn't understand why they froze my account. This is frustrating, as I have be forced to move my action to other poker sites. Thank you.

Totally forgot about BetOnline because Ignition is much better and I've been very happy there.
But I just created a 2+2 account for the first time and saw a BetOnline thread and figured I'd let
the players know that if they win too much they will get banned.

Yeah. Still wrong. I have players taking 25K plus a month off the site and zero issues.

No idea why they banned you or why. I do know they don't ban for winning too much. I know 5 or 5 players that play the highest stakes they offer and have been winning for years.

Does anyone use the BOL poker odds software?

I installed it, used it and didn’t like it so I uninstalled. Now I can’t open the client and getting “BetOnline Game Client is taking too long to start and will be closed” when I try to open the client just hours later.

Hey Bluedevil,

Can you try to also uninstall the BetOnline Poker software and re-install without the Odds Calculator? That's a strange one but considering you started experiencing the issues when you removed the application this could resolve the issue.

I support and recommend Chico all the time. Know a bunch of people there and will continue to support them. With that said...

Wtf is the point of blocking Russian players because Putin invaded Ukraine??? Putin must be shaking in his boots knowing that 20PLO players can no longer access BOL.

Well they kicked me off for either winning too much or asking for rakeback after I won too much (with no explanation) and as you can see they aren't addressing it at all here. So yeah I'd say their site went to ****.

Or a third option.

I have several players taking 5 figures a month off the site and the largest withdrawal for one month was over 50K. The site does not ban winning players.

I dealt with key mgmt when dealing with a bot farm. They're good people. I've had tons of interactions with several people there and have had zero negative to report. I'm not shy to criticize when I think mistakes are made. Bots, bbjp, general business chats or with friends, always been very cordial and professional. They awarded a bbjp after it was declined and paid it out of pocket. They're not banning winners.

hi Chris a player has come to light that has very strange stats. (BItakesitall) This player had over 100 games at the 1 dollar range of games with almost no change then, all the sudden has moved to 25 to 200 dollar games with very high win rate. I also have watch this player first hand take very weird lines in hands that just dont fit with the rest of there play. I hope this is the right place to report this. and I hope you look into this person.

This appears to be a total sconfusion from the CA rep. Thankfully

What country is this room from? What license does it work under? Is Holdem Manager allowed here? And do they accept players from Russia?

As far as I know they are banned.

Can somebody verify this? Heard about this rumor before but haven't seen an official statement yet
