Hello. Is there any software for arranging tables now? I used to use upto, but at some point it was banned.

Nearly $2k of mine is missing. I went to transfer from poker to the sportsbook and clicked send. Then a pop-up saying it wasn’t working at the time came up. The software was being laggy so I thought whatever, I’ll transfer it after dinner. I went to dinner, came back, and there’s no $ in my poker balance and the money isn’t in my sportsbook account either.

I called customer service and was given an answer stating technical difficulties. My money was acknowledged by the operator, but it still hasn’t shown up. This was hours ago.

And there is nothing anybody can tell me. It’s bizarre. They just keep telling me they don’t have access to the poker department.

I went to transfer my poker balance of $1931.38 to the cashier/sportsbook side. I got a 525 error as it was happening. Now my money is missing. It is not in the sportsbook side or the poker side. They have acknowledged that something odd has taken place and that they were struggling with technical difficulties.

Players balances going missing is not a run-of-the-mill occurrence. I’d be happy to get some help.

Been over 24 hours. Still nothing. Customer service just keeps saying the same “we have escalated the situation”

If I could give advice to people working there, it would be to talk in anyway but an accusatory fashion.

My balance went missing because of BOL software and a supervisor kept saying “I don’t want to make any statements. I can tell something isn’t right but I don’t want say anything about it and I can’t guarantee what the final outcome will be.”

Which is one of the worst ways you could be towards a guy who’s money just vanished.

My balance never changed after the last mtt I won after I made a deal heads up with my opponent. I got slightly more for the deal. I was shocked to see that the money was never issued. I was playing on the downloaded poker software. I contacted live chat and they told me that tournaments won take up to 48 hours to show up. I explained that this isn’t a slot tournament, it’s a poker tournament. They told me it still takes 48 hours lol. We go back and forth for a while before he puts me on hold I’m guessing to speak with a supervisor. The money shows up in my account after being put on hold. My point is I believe they just hire random people with zero experience. Probably random people off the street to be exact. They don’t have a clue what they are talking about 95% of the time. There is also zero training or it would somewhat be a professional experience when you contact support, it’s embarrassing actually

What happened to the PLO crowd on there? I used to play a lot a year ago and there would be a good selection of tables up to 1/2. Now its mostly a ghost town

Personally, I couldn't log in for almost 24 hours. Then I had the pleasure of debating with live chat numerous times trying to explain that I was disco'd from tournaments. Painful experience.
