I explained that to them and they agreed to unlock my account and let me know if I showed up on the list again.
Fast forward to Sunday, I'm mid session, and the client closes me out of my tables and says to contact customer service. I've called and emailed numerous times, and all they'll do is tell me that i'm permanently banned. They won't work with me to figure out what was going on and why this is happening.
I'm at a loss because I'm most definitely not cheating. Has this happened to anyone before or can someone put me in contact with a supervisor or something? Any help would be appreciated, because that site is as soft as soft gets.
Thanks!
Hey Battlepoker,
What game type and stakes were you playing? What was your nickname on the network?

Flopzilla is not a solver like Pio is. It's a poker calculator tool to help analyze how different ranges fare on different board runouts. When people talk about solvers they're usually referring to equilibrium solvers like Pio.
Like Pio and other off the table software tools, I don't have a problem with them prohibiting its use while you're at the tables. I think Stars has similar rules for some software. The rules just have to be made clear, which is what I believe they hope to do soon.
