I ran into an instance of very offensive language on one of the tables I was playing tonight and was wondering if there's something you can do about that. I wasn't even involved in the discussion and but things that this player was saying were beyond out of line. I am including a screenshot so you can judge for yourself

Actually, there is something you can do. Disable your chat. That solves the problem.

I have zero issue with chat function overall. I do have issue with racists and nazis though

If you can't put on your big boy pants, just disable the chat. We all don't like what other people say from time to time. It doesn't mean we censor them or try to get them in trouble.

I think we have different definitions of big boy pants. People can flame and needle each other (or me) all they want, doesn't bother me for one second. But once N-bombs start being dropped as well as anti-Semitic stuff - this is crossing the line for me. But looks like you are ok with that

I am okay with you saying anything you want as long as you're not threatening someone. I'm not a fan of people that try to get other people in trouble simply because they don't like what they're saying.

Poker skills don't make the person. Rather hang out with them than someone who is going to try to snitch on you and get you in trouble if you say something they don't like.

While the chat is definitely offensive can’t you just mute the person on the client? Isn’t that what the mute option is for?

Of course you can. Clearly the poster feels the racist comments don't belong on the site, whether he sees them or not. Other posters feel differently. Chris has sent it in for review, so hopefully that will bring an end to the debate over freedom of speech and "big boy pants".

Hi, im having problems with Tiger Gaming web site for about 7 days now. Cant Login, trying support via e-mail, and chat, but no one can solve the problem.

I just cant login on the website, what impossibility me from making transfers, deposits, and withdraws.

Already try to login in other computers and other browsers , cleaning cookies etc...

I can however log in in the software and play poker normally.

Since the support just dont seens to know what is happening i came here to ask for help.

I just cant not ask for any one with a good soul. Is this site a SCAM or something? Can i play poker in Tiger Gaming? Or should i get out as soon as possible?

I have submitted the info you sent to the poker team for review. Do you know of anything that might have changed recently in these last 7 days? i.e. you switched internet provider, are trying to log in from a different location than in previous 7 days? any additional info might help them provide a solution to your problem.

Will keep you posted with any suggestions coming from the poker crew.

lately, Sharkscope is able to track which country a player is from on Chico. How is that possible? Afaik there is no Option to see a players' country in the Lobby or at the tables. Dies Chico send additional data to sharkscope without us players knowing? I highly dislike that being from Germany and out government being stupid + insane, and at least would have liked to be notified about that.

I can almost guarantee you that Chico has no part in actively sending your information to Sharkscope.

If you have a problem with it being displayed on Sharkscope then I would contact Sharkscope to see how you can get it removed.

Personally I think it's great since it helps build your case when identifying suspicious activity between accounts.

What is the definitive answer about poker accounts at multiple Chico skins?
