I am considering depositing on the site as an extra option to get more volume. From the previous posts, it appears like there is no rakeback/affiliate deal. Is it worth holding off on depositing till something new gets implemented ? My experience in the past was that if you don't sign up through an affiliate when you create the account, you almost always miss out on rakeback options.

Current system is something like --- 0% rakeback, random opt-in bonuses (one for this month), original deposit bonus. Is that correct?

Currently 0% rb, no VIP system, used to be possible playing affiliated but as far as I know they released those(at least my agent did), i heard about the random bonuses(revealing cards and stuff) but never got any. There's an ongoing August promotion tho, you have to opt-in daily and it's equal to ~20% rb.

They also drop random bonuses into people's cashiers and e-mails, but it's mostly exclusive for losing players, i have personal experience when my fish friend was getting all those nice deals via e-mail that I had no access to, but when he contacted support to get one for me too, they told him it's only for certain players who are "qualified" and meet the requirements, i.e., evaluating players based on their winrate, which would be fine i guess(it keeps the fish coming), if it wasn't at the cost of regulars' money since we have no stable rakeback at all, not to mention the shadiness of running such underground promos.

The player pool is soft tho, i mean, with the way they treat their highest volume players it's no surprise most regs ran away

Gotta give them credit for one of the fastest withdrawals in business tho, crypto usually doesn't take more than 1 hour. Don't cash out while you have active bonuses tho, they will disappear. And there's a limit of 2 requests per week

My choose a card bonus said welcome back deposit since I recently made a deposit. I play around 15 mtts a month here only to change it up every once in a while and because I enjoy the software. With the low guarantees and zero rewards program it doesn’t make sense otherwise. If they had any kind of comparison to the main site I play on I would switch to Betonline in a heart beat. Withdrawals are great but customer service outside of this forum is one of the worst. Chris does a nice job solving many people’s problems. I would imagine most of their customer services employees are highly untrained or unqualified

If they were to offer some sort of reasonable rakeback or reduced rake I would most likely move all of my play here. Getting 0 back is tough to swallow.

Got a refund today of 58.19 because of apparently cheating but they couldn’t disclose info haven’t played here in a few months

Can anyone from Chico comment on this? I also know some other players that got refunds. However, I have not received any refunds, and I was playing in a lot of the same MTTs as the other players I know.

I know for me personally, I reported suspicious activity to a contact at Chico about a month ago, and he just told me he would forward it to the security department. I noticed earlier this year that there had been a major influx of Brazilian players (you can see what country a player is from on Sharkscope) in the mid- to high-stakes MTTs, and over 95% of them were winning/crushing players. I literally only came across 2 losing Brazilian accounts--which is obviously not the case on other sites (i.e. WPN, GG, etc). So my assumption was either a bot ring or a massive stable working together. If you were to play any MTTs $22 or higher, you were pretty much guaranteed to have 2-4 Brazilians at your table. Because of this suspicion, I stopped playing on the site last month.

I know WPN provides the usernames of accounts that were outed for cheating. It would be nice to see some transparency from Chico/BetOnline.

Does anybody know if the deposit poker bonus is one time only? Or can I make multiple deposits as long as they don't exceed $500 total in bonuses?

I believe there is overnight maintenance scheduled and the tournament schedule was altered because of it.

hi, i think i have the same problem at tigergaming, my account is unable to log in and after i sent an email asking what happened, support told me my account was being investigated, i only have played like 100 hands in their software! and they do this...
guess they will tell me the same as you.

they said they can only resolve my issue if I call the customer service phone number, they needed some sort of "vocal confirmation", but your issue might be something else

Please note that there is a scheduled maintenance starting at 1:00am ET on Tuesday, August 31st. It appears to be a longer than usual maintenance period with an ETA of 5 hours. All tournaments that start prior to the maintenance window will be canceled, this will probably include some of the evening tournament tonight that usually overlap with this timeframe.
